Answer:	Dear Esther, The Master massage table arrives fully assembled and is folded for portable use, immediate opening of the hinges and easy setup in about 8 to 11 minutes. If assembly or customizing is to be done, it is with the head/neck cradling support that is held underneath the table and needs to be inserted into the set of ports located at either of both ends of the table. The head/neck cradle is usually adjusted by me for each unique person being massaged. This mechanism is light and strong. Remember, a padded Forearm support shelf is attachable to the head/neck cradle so that the arms can be gently and securely supported when a client is facedown and allowing their arms to neatly cross in a resting mode -- all supported by the padded shelf. I learned to have my client position their shoulders and upper arms over the head-ward edge of the table so that the buckle brackets do not press into the skin of the upper arms when resting. The buckle bracket is not at all dangerous, but can make a mark on the skin of the upper arm that swiftly goes away in people with healthy circulation. Since modern people are notorious for terrible circulation, a pressure mark may last longer in duration in those who have degraded their circulatory system and the skin.The unfolding and righting of the table is easy as it is light, very strong and solidly stabilized. I am short at 5 foot 6 inches height and 140 pounds. Opening the table on the carpeted floor or on a hard floor protected by a sheet is an easy step. The tension cables underneath the table help open the table for proper use. Read the manual BEFORE opening the table for the first time. The carrying bag and hefty shoulder strap were also included in my shipping box along with a highly padded bolster cushion used under the back of the knees and other positions to relax the joint when working the muscles.The table is extraordinary in its comfort and easy maintenance. The portability and solid stability makes me very happy to have purchased this table design from a proven designer and manufacturer. Answer:	Yes, except for the arm holder and head rest..
Question:	Noticed a 2016 review regarding off-gassing of this table(even after a month of use) and was wondering if any 2018 purchaserers have had this issue
Answer:	Yes! Just ordered Dec 2019 and table that arrived has a very strong chemical smell. Can't use the table because it's causing a headache. Put it outside for over a week to air it out, but didn't help. permeates my whole studio. The storage bag, too, has a very strong chemical odor. I don't know if it's just a bad batch of tables or what, but it's a bummer because the table is really pretty. I have to return it.
Question:	How thick is this table when folded? Need it to fit under a bed 8.5 inches from the ground
Answer:	My husband just measured--10". We have to store ours in the Master closet. It's huge and kind of cumbersome, but well worth it. Phenomenal quality.
Question:	Will standard face cradle covers fit this square cradle or is there a place to purchase square face cradle covers
Answer:	I'm not sure that they would fit because a standard face cradle is horseshoe in shape. It might be like cramming a square peg in a round hole. Where as a round peg fits in a square hole. I would check with the company. They probably sell them on their own website. I did find some on Amazon though. Answer:	The working weight of this product is 650 lbs. It's never a problem to support any weight less than the working weight.
Question:	Do your eyes rest on the cushion or can you see down to the floor? Which cushion is best
Answer:	When you lie face down on the head rest, most of the face is covered by the cushion. The nose and mouth are free – having access to plenty of air – but the cheeks, forehead and most of the eyes are resting entirely upon the cushion. There may be a “peek-a-boo” area through which you can see…but the intent is the eyes are closed and the face rests comfortably. The patient can, thereby, relax and fully allow the body to experience the massage.

Answer:	It is removable. I had hip surgery and used this like a PT table for @ home PT. I still use it every day for @ home PT a year later. Better than the floor!!! Love this table. Great quality. It was in my family room during recovery and folded twice a day for 10 weeks, but now it lives in my basement as a prized possession! I'll always own one, but so far it's great and I don't see a need to replace it anytime soon.

This one one definitely feels 5lbs lighter and I couldn't be happier. You should know that it did not come with what mine had stated it would come with. Mine was missing the bolster, CDs, and the 75 face covers. However, when I called Amazon, the service was excellent. They had me find all the items I was missing on their site, purchase while on the phone with me and immediately refund me. Otherwise, I would have returned the table. Great service!!

Question:	Does this bed click or creek whilst massage being performed
Answer:	I bought mine 2 years ago this month. I didn't notice the clicking until I had it for more than a year & a half. It's not terrible so I really haven't addressed it by looking for ways to tighten it up yet. However, I did have to replace the face cradle. The locking mechanism malfunctioned last month and it kept collapsing. Unfortunately there's only a 1 year warranty on it, not a "lifetime" like the table itself.
