Question:	I like this item and it meets my needs for the price but the caps to screw in / tighten to the plate / wall are not long enough - what can I do
Answer:	We had to use Molly bolts to secure it to wall but the length of screws worked fine. You can always go to your local hardware store and purchase longer screws/same diameter for $ little cost. Then it should work. Ours has held fast with no problems and we move it for use several times a day!

Answer:	We had a very hard time gettin it apart. It took both my husband and I. We both had to hold it and wiggle it till it finally popped off. We got in new batteries and it worked like a charm, but again, it was very hard to get it apart and we are nervous to have to do it again when the batteries die. Best of luck.

Answer:	I have the accordion because I needed the extra length. Love it, have had it for several months and it's holding up well. My brother has the swinging arm and he loves his also. You can move the arm model in different directions because it has two components. Doesn't seem to matter, tho, the accordion model is more than adequate. Just my opinion. JT

Question:	I am not a handy person at all. How would I go about putting this up? Do I have to tap the walls to find studs? If so how would I do that
Answer:	To find a stud, you would need a stud finder, as tapping the walls is often inconclusive. If you don't have a stud finder, decide where you want the mirror, and then drill a hole with the smallest drill bit you have, to see if there is a stud behind the wall there. If not, you will need to use good wall anchors, and not the ones that come with the mirror. I used the ones that look like fat plastic screws, which are easy to put in once you drill the appropriate sized hole.

Question:	How do you install? Directions suck
Answer:	Pretty easy installation...I didn’t see any directions. Regardless, remove the round mounting frame from the mirror base..looks like a circle with slots in it. I believe it was attached to the mirror base with the thumb nuts. You’ll want to attach that mounting frame to the wall where you want the mirror. Position the screws where the thumb nuts were at 12 oclock and 6 oclock so that the base arm will fold out as you want it. Answer:	Hi, we do not advise that you use sticky pads for mirrors. It is best to use wall mounted mirrors by screwing them in the wall.

Question:	Where are the batteries located
Answer:	The batteries are located on the back of the wall mount. Since I have never installed batteries and only use the power adapter, I cannot give a review of the use of or changing batteries. Thanks.
Question:	Mount right or left side? All hotels are right mounted but my elec plug is on left side
Answer:	The mirror can be mounted on either the right or left side. It has 180 degree movement. If you use a good quality batteries for the light, it will last for a long time.Highly recommended, and good quality.
Question:	Can it be chrome, rather than brushed nickel finish
Answer:	Satin nickel was the only one. Usually, if there are other options, they will show them. I wanted the satin nickel so it wasn't a problem for me.
Question:	I have an older Zadro wall mount mirror. Cannot figure out how to get into replace light. there are no screws on the arms that hold the mirror
Answer:	I have the same problem! The bulb is no longer working 2 years after purchasing and only using it at night for a few minutes! Not very impressed since I paid over $120 from Bed Bath and Beyond for this! Manufacturer should put a warning about how it cannot be replaced because that seems fraudulent to sell at that price point and not warn consumers. I would've bought a brand that CAN have a replacement bulb like most basic electronic devices do allow for.

Question:	I have only one inch wide narrow strip of wall space between the existing bathroom mirror and window frame. Can I fix this mirror within this space
Answer:	The strip that holds it to the wall would fit. However, I am not sure how the mirror would look between the window frame and the wall as it does not push flat against he wall. I hope this helps.

Answer:	The mirror itself is 7 5/8"W X 5 7/8"H. With the frame around it, the overall size is 8 3/8"W X 7 1/2"H.x
Question:	Yes it extends 30 inches. Does that measurement include the mirror? I guess I am asking what is the measurement of the arm when fully extended
Answer:	Hey sorry for the delay in my reply. Okay so when you fully extend the mirror the distance from the wall is 35-1/2" (including mirror) HOWEVER the scissor style arm is really being stretched and it puts too much strain on it, plus when you try to push the arm back you can easily bend it. But extending out to 29"-30" is no problem.
