Answer:	That depends on your fixture and it's instructions. In most cases you need to turn the bulbs to loosen the pins then gently pull them out, and to put new ones in you slide them up then twist gently for the fixture to hold them up.

Answer:	It all depends on how strong the battery is when you received it. I can imagine each device is different. Since you see the red light, that means it is successfully in the charging mode. When the red light goes out, it is fully charged. In my experience, the fan and light worked when I had it plugged in, so you may have a defective fan. My advice would be, to wait until that red light goes out, then try to turn both on. If they do not come on, contact the seller

Answer:	I would assume the light. I will add I find this mirror to bulky to carry with me if that is your goal.
Question:	Can the upper mirror open completely, so it's at a straight angle from the bottom mirror? Photos seem to indicate that the top mirror tilts forward
Answer:	There is mobility of tilt/movement for both mirrors, while maintaining a balance that holds the device in an upright position of your surface. The photo that you're referring to, even though it indicates a fixed position, does not show that the upper mirror can tilt forward or backward to accommodate the position you need. I've found the balance, durability and adjustability to be very accommodating.
Question:	Are both mirrors lighted? Reading through the reviews, I'm finding contradictory information
Answer:	Yes, both mirrors are lighted. The lower lights first when the switch is halfway and the top lights when the switch is all the way. I hope my reply isn't too confusing.
Question:	How do you open the bottom compartment to put the batteries in
Answer:	There's a short explanation as to how to open the battery compartment, enclosed in the box, under the mirror. Turn the bottom plate counterclockwise and it was fairly easy. I think when they made this bottom piece, there's a very simple thing they could have done to make it even easier. There's 3 little raised parts, like little feet for the mirror to set on a table and they could have made them a little thicker. That way your hand/fingers have something to grip when you turn it to open it.

Answer:	I have put sections of Duck Brand solid grip liner and smooth top liner in the washing machine set on warm water wash. I've also dried them in the dryer on low heat. They turned out fine.
Question:	How much fallout is there with this product
Answer:	The surface has a functional flat surface but if one looks closely, it has a very subtle ridge pattern. The ridge is so slight that it really is more decorative than functional.

Start with applying NYX Professional Makeup Eyeshadow Base or any primer on lids. Answer:	The suction cup works best on non-porous surfaces, such as glass, ceramic tiles, porcelain, marble, and fiberglass. Glass and marble is more idea. Please Avoid grout, stucco, drywall, wallpaper and other textured wall.
