Answer:	The Joule app works with any Sous Vide device. You can’t connect your device but the cook times and temps are accurate. Anova also has an app with visual guides for doneness. These apps were game changers for me when I first started out.

Answer:	Yes. The clamp is higher than the top of the mini, but the flat bottom of the circulator lets it easily stand in the inner pot--don't bump it. If you crave greater stability, get a free paint stir stick from a home improvement store, lay it on its long edge across the top of the pot and apply the clamp to it.

Answer:	Tried it--suggest leaving out ice a few minutes to before blending - then it does not blend into real small pieces very well. BUT Oster has ice crusher blades to buy, on Amazon, I think. OR call Oster Customer Service 1-800-334-0759

Answer:	I can only presume so as that is something I would not do. I have ground coffee, semi frozen cubed chicken, made Almond butter, with great success, and salsa verde. I ordered the Oster 4937 Mini Jar Accessory which does a fantastic job of pureeing fresh garlic in a Tbsp. of olive oil. I am so delighted with this blender, using it is so futuristic with the pre-programmed buttons which stop the process at the right time, no watching to see if it is working. If a second cycle is needed, no problem press the button and continue prepping other things for the next job. An excellent decision, no more Magic Bullets...the powerful 600-watt, reversing motor alternates the blades forward and backward, drawing food and ice down for consistently smooth blending, a great addition is the small jar (additional piece at ~$9.00) which does the trick for small jobs.

Answer:	There is not a reverse button. As stated by others the reverse action happens automatically for the programmed items. I love this feature.
Question:	How smooth are green smoothies made in this blender? I have an old oster 14 speed blender that makes perfectly smooth green smothies but its starting to die. Answer:	I've found that what works with this blender is to blend hard stuff (baby carrots, cut up apple) first on that top-left Frozen Drinks button, add a handful of ice cubes (4-5), blend that on the same button, add the soft stuff (baby spinach), push it down into the middle with a spatula, blend it on the same button, add another handful of ice cubes, blend 2x, add a little water (around 4 oz.), and then blend 3x. It comes out the consistency of soy milk-- silky, smooth, no chunks or applesauce texture, but definitely thicker than water. Using the ice cubes vs just water also lessens the amount of foam at the top.

Answer:	I'm sure it'd be fine, but this isn't the brush you're looking for. This is fantastic for blending powder (foundation, blush, bronzer, contour, etc) and giving your skin a more natural, airbrushed look. For translucent powder, you want light application and to brush away the excess. This brush will kind of do that but I'd look at fluffy, less dense, longer-bristled powder brushes instead. Ecotools makes a powder brush that would be perfect!

Answer:	I’ve used this for many years. I used to wash it (the whole thing) with soap and water or with those expensive brush cleaners, both of which did a fair job but took forever to dry and always left some residue. I now use good old isopropyl alcohol. I pour the alcohol in a small cup, swirl the bristles (you’d be amazed at how much makeup is in there) and squeeze dry. I usually do this twice until ALL makeup has been removed. The alcohol cleans and disinfects the brush thoroughly without leaving ANY residue and it comes out soft and fluffy, like new. It dries quickly because it’s alcohol and dries even faster if you towel dry it then blow dry. The case is made of aluminum so it will never rust. Try this. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Answer:	I love these things, I tried a cheaper brand before and they just broke. These are heavy duty and I have them on all my snow shovels (I live in Minnesota) Just install it sort of loose, so it will slide up and down on the handle, bend over like you normally would when grabbing the shovel to lift the snow. Tighten it down right there. It may take a little adjustment to get it perfect for your arm length and body height, but once you get it dialed-in, you will never look back.
