1. How to use the provided wireless microphone correctly?

Since the microphone is unidirectional, for better and clearer pickup, please keep your lips 45 degrees in front of the microphone within 1~2 Inches. Exceeding 2 inches may affect the pick up effect and even couldn't pick up any sound.If you need a replacement mic, please reach us.

2. How often should i charge the battery?

Built-in rechargeable 3.7V/3600mAh high-capacity Li-ion battery provides non-stop music up to 4.5 hours on maximum volume. Please charge for more than 12H for the first time, keep battery with electric if the battery doesn't work for a long time, otherwise the battery will be damaged. It's suggested to charge the speaker after each use.

3. How to turn off the echo?

Press the "Echo" button to select the intensity of the reverb, "EC0" is off and "EC3" is the strongest.

4. Can the T26 be used with a second microphone at the same time for a duet?

Yes, you can add a second mic according to your need. It can be a wireless mic or a wired mic. But it must be connected via the MIC IN jack (The 3.5mm LINE IN jack can't work with it). And if you connect a wireless mic, the frequency of the mic can't be 261.8MHz, otherwise it will cause interference with the original mic.

5. Why I can't record the voice?

Before recording, make sure that you have sufficient recording storage space. Please make sure there is at least one song in the TF card or USB flash drive, otherwise the recording function will not work.The capacity of the USB flash drive or TF card must be 8G to 32G. The file system must be FAT32. If it is formatted and the file system is not FAT32, it will not work properly. For how to record, please see the details on the electronic user manual. Please turn on the microphone before press the "REC" button, otherwise the button will not work.

Answer:	A lot of vehicles do not have a battery voltage meter on the dashboard, just an "idiot" light when battery voltage is low. This is measuring your vehicle's battery voltage
Question:	How large of SD card does this take
Answer:	The instruction book says 32 GB for USB or microSD, one of the product images shows a 64GB flash drive... I loaded 47 GB of music on a 64 GB microSD, and it could see all the folders, but showed a different total file count each time it switched to a different song. So I'd say stick to a 32 GB or smaller flash drive/microSD card.
Question:	my car is an old car, so it does not have a aux connector, would this work on my car anyway

Question:	How long can I use Bluetooth with a full charge
Answer:	No. Wireless system don't work that way. Each one needs to be on a separate channel with a separate receiver. If you need assistance please call us 800-313-3021
Question:	How about the earmuffs on the headset? Will the ear get hurt after wearing a long time
Answer:	No, you need to connect the receiver to mixer or video camera and use headphone from there. I would suggest you shouldn't connect receiver direct to dslr (except video camera), it can fry the outlet and sometimes you might skip or lost audio signal. You don't want to take that risk. Connect the receiver to mixer (zoom product is portable and perfect for dslr) and use headphone from it and syn audio in post. There's a software to syn Audio automatically. Hope it helps.

Answer:	No, the R600 has a 3.5mm mic jack. I had to shoot with a Vixia R500 that had the 3.5 mic jack. You won't need an adapter or anything

Answer:	Yes, you can. Just connect two microphones to the same device.

Answer:	You can Bluetooth your device (Android, iPhone and Ipad) to it. Then your music playing on your device will play out of the speakers. While singing you will hear your voice along with the music. If you want your play music along with the microphone, you need it. If you don’t want it to play music, you don’t need a smart phone with bluetooth capabilities.

Answer:	Yes you can. I play music off my iphone and even us my iphone as a portable microphone.
Question:	Can i control it by my phone
Answer:	I think that depends on the size of the arena. It does NOT require an Internet connection. It will amplify a voice, but a an indoor riding arena tends to be large and it would be questionable whether or not it would amplify enough for the space it's intended to be used in.

## Indicator lights flash ## Match failed. Please turn off the transmitter & receiver, then turn on them simultaneously. The indicator light changes from flashing to blue light after a successful match, you can use it.

## No sound ##

1. Match failed. Please check the indicator light, the transmitter & receiver need to rematch if it keeps flashing. 2. The battery may be running out of power. Please fully charge before using. 3. For smartphone and computer, please use the Y splitter and headphones to monitor real-time audio. Or you can unplug the microphone from your phone and press “play” to listen to your recording. 4. For speakers and other PA devices, please use the “MIC” socket not “AUX” socket and not suitable for device power is less than 15W

## Faint voice ## 1. Wrong way to wear. Make sure there is nothing to cover the mic condenser. Keep the mic away from the sound source about 8-10inchs

2. Check the volume setting. You can increase the volume of the transmitter and device.

3. The device power is too low (below 100W), such as the Bluetooth speaker with the AUX input.

## Noise ##

1.Please check if there is a strong magnetic field or sound waves or wireless interference.

2.The mic didn't wear the windscreen foam. Plz use the supplied windscreen foams, which can effectively minimize wind noise and vocal plosives.

## Howling ## 1. Please check the position of the speaker. Do not point the microphone directly at the speaker. 2.Try turning off the reverb and turning down the volume.

Question:	Can i use two sets of these connected to the same computer for interviews or will they interfere with each other
Answer:	It depends on what kind of computer you use. If it’s Windows computer, you can record with only one of sets. When you’re going to use them with Garageband on Mac, both two sets can be used to record (after adjusting the settings).
Question:	How do i use this with a bose soundlink 2? volume is low when plugged into the jack. am i missing something
Answer:	To output the sound louder, it's better to connect the speaker with the computer instead of the USB receiver. Then you can adjust the input/output level on the computer sound setting and turn up the volume on the speaker knob. We recommend to use a speaker that has a 1/4 inch jack.
Question:	does this work with zoom meetings
Answer:	Yes, you just need to go to the audio setting of zoom meetings and select the USB Audio Device as the microphone. And select the proper speaker as the output device.
Question:	I'd have to put my bodypack near my cpu. i'm concerned this will cause interference. have others had problems with interference
Answer:	I tested this unit both sitting in front of my laptop as well as walking around in a classroom and heard no interference on the recording. I was using Skype for Business to record both audio and a slide presentation.
