Answer:

It is not non-slip. It's my only complaint about the board. Also, I make a lot of pizza and after the cooked pizza cools a couple minutes on a rack I put it on the cutting board to cut it. The heat from the pizza, which was near the perfect temp for serving, warped the board which makes the board not want to stay in place even more. I'll take blame for that though. It's not rated to put hot stuff on. Otherwise it's the best board I've ever had.
