Years of doing laundry makes me think that oxy products, stain removers, or Murphy's Oil Soap might help remove the mineral based products. They're tough. Some soaking may be involved. Hope you'll post when you find what works.

Answer:	They drip a little. I use them on the kids' body. Not their faces. The bug spray smell terrible. Kids hate it. Otherwise the sunscreen works well and smell fine.

Answer:	It does leave a white cast when you first put it on, but it then blends pretty well. If there is any cast after blending, it is truly very minor.

Answer:	I started using it on my son when he was 6 months old. Never had any clothes stained and he never experienced eye stinging.
Question:	Why is there a bpa warning on this sunscreen? Does it contain bpa
Answer:	I have done extensive research on sunscreen with lots of trial and error. This is, hands down, the safest and most effective sunscreen on the market (if used properly). It specifically says "BPA free" (along with parabens, etc...) in terms of product ingredients. All plastic tubes will have some chemical (some studies suggest non BPA chemicals can be even more harmful) that will leach especially when heated. This is likely why there is a reminder on the bottle to keep it out of heat or direct sun. You cannot avoid this with any sunscreen. This is a great sunscreen and I trust it on my kids. But, it has to be applied correctly, and often, in the summer - just like any sunscreen. Hope this helps.

UVA & UVB Broad-Spectrum

Consumers have been led to believe that ultra-high SPF numbers like 70 and 100 provide much more protection than SPF 30. This is False. SPF 30 provides 97% protection from UVB and SPF 100 provides 99% coverage for UVB. We tell folks if you look at the back of the tube and you see a bunch of words you don’t recognize, you probably don’t want to put that on your skin. It is important that you’re using a truly Broad-spectrum formula that covers UVA and UVB.

Mineral Based Formula

Chemical sunscreens make up the majority of the market unfortunately. They are both cheap and apply clear. Mineral based solutions can cause some amount of whitening during use and are also more expensive. But at what cost is it cheaper. Some mineral base formulations have also taken to using clear zinc or nano particle sized zinc or titanium. We recommend sourcing a non-nano zinc oxide solution. There is just not enough data on the ability for nano particles getting into the blood stream. As such, it is better to embrace the Precautionary principle.

Water Resistant

There are now three levels of water resistance. Not water resistant, water resistant (40 minutes) and water resistant (80 minutes). We have all become used to seeing words like sweatproof or waterproof. There are now very specific tests. Keep in mind, that if you’re at the beach or pool that you’ll need to reapply after being in the water. And to achieve the SPF factor of your sunscreen you have to reapply every two hours. One application does not keep you at SPF 50 or whatever is on the sunscreen label. And you should be using about 1oz to cover an adult body.

Tips for Application

1. Be sure to apply all areas that will be exposed to sunlight, including behind the ears, neck, hands, feet, and scalp 15 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every 2 hours.
3. While the sunscreen applies very easily, we recommend not spreading it too thin. Otherwise you will decrease the effectiveness of the sunscreen.

Why Sunscreen?

The majority of sunscreens currently on the market are full of questionable ingredients and known carcinogens. Simply looking at the ingredients you'll quickly realize you don't recognize any of them. Many existing sunscreens have been brought to market with little concern for their safety. Not only do ingredients in sunscreen interact with skin, but data shows after application of lotions, some of the same chemicals can be detected in the bloodstream. Answer:	This sunscreen really burns our eyes, both my children's and my own. I make sure not to get any on their hands, but all it takes is for my toddler to start crying (for whatever reason), she rubs her eyes, and then I'm dealing with several hours of screaming due to her painful and very red eyes. My preschooler says it feels like her eyes are bleeding. I've even gotten it in my own eyes, just from rubbing when I'm tired, and it really does burn.

Answer:	I use the regular bottle of liquid sunblock, not the stick. It will soak in within minutes, but the more you put on the longer it will take to soak in. It works just like most sunblocks, but it just doesn't take as much to cover your skin. A little bit goes a long way, so no need to use a bunch. I just use a little pea-size squirt in my palm, rub my hands together, and then rub it in. If you use a small amount first to see how it applies to your skin and then if you need more just add a little at a time.

It’s just marketing, though with the Aveeno kids & baby ones, they are more careful about not putting in questionable ingredients (they have a few, but not as bad), plus they actually have much better UVA protection & balance to the SPF factor, than the other Aveeno products. (means better protection from cancer.) Better for everyone, no matter your age. Search EWG Skin Deep for their sunscreen guide for more info. I think the kids and baby formulas may be the same, but you know, some kids don’t want their sunscreen to say “baby.”

Answer:	I believe it will be fine since NO chemicals just mineral zinc & titanium so it won't sting either Great as a primer if you use makeup too since it will block sun rays

Answer:	It's very thin and liquid like. It doesn't leave a film if you rub it in enough, however if you don't, there's definitely a white film.
Question:	can adults use this
Answer:	Yes. I do sometimes. Just a heads up though, it’s fairly thick white because of the zinc oxide. A little difficult to wash off your skin if you put on a thick coat. However that hasn’t stopped me from using it or repurchasing it multiple times.
Question:	is this waterproof
Answer:	It does repel water fairly well due to the thickness of the zinc oxide. I would definitely apply as directed, far in advance of going into the water and reapply once I’m out and dry again.

Answer:	Not long at all 24 hours after it’s been inserted will trickle out by little but it’s clear so whenever you’re gonna insert it wear a pantyliner. I use it once every two weeks everyone is different so just the first time do it one full 5 days before bed you should see improvement immediately then after that not so much

Answer:	I really don’t remember... we did not like it very much- it felt as it was scratching our faces. I don’t think it left stains on our suits- we only used it for faces. We use Trader Joe’s brand face stick now.
Question:	Does this stick sunscreen apply easily
Answer:	Yes, it applies much like a deodorant stick. My kids can apply it themselves and then I help rub it in. It stays a little white (remember it is mineral rather than chemical block) due to the zinc. It doesn't run into the eyes like some sunscreen can. This is the third summer we are using Babyganics sunscreen stick.

Answer:	Mine was sealed in its original packaging, but that would be a concern for whomever sends it if it comes from a third party?
