Medium Oval for small to medium mouths or thin lips, can be used one lip at a time. Small Oval to target certain areas and the center of the mouth, also great to use vertically! If you are older like me and have thin lips then this is very good for that. When you buy one we are going to include a second one as a gift. Well I'm not sure we've ever had this question before! haha So I'd say if you think you might make them bigger than you intend, to first test the look out at home on a night when you don't plan to go anywhere, and just go easy at first. But usually you would just wait for them to go down in a few hours, as the effect is really temporary anyway. That said, I suppose you could try something like a cold rag maybe to get them to "deflate" faster? No matter what happens, it does eventually go down, just depending how big you have made them, it may take a little longer. Hope that answers your question! :-)

Answer:	Hi Kat, it's not necessarily accumulative over time. The results are instant. You put the opening of the product over your mouth and gently suck in to create suction, then pull off the mouth. The suction somehow plumps the lips. (There is a youtube video w/ instruction, I encourage you to check it out!) However, the results are temporary and last a few hours. I think the more you suck on it, the longer the results will last. But certainly not more than a day from my experience. It's just an alternative to those who don't want painful lip injections.
