Answer:	Aquaphor is the best for skin and lips, I'm a retired Nurse Practitioner and in the hospital all we used was Aquaphor for babies bottoms.

But it did more than just protect them, it smoothed them out, but it won't touch the lines around the lips, since it is meant only for use on the lips themselves. You can try Shape Tape to hide those lines or a very strong moisturizer may help.

Answer:	the way this works for me, my friends and some family members is that it will get rid of the dead skin/chapped skin, but unlike other products, it doesnt leave your lips dry out after that, and your lips will not get chapped again. And it happens in just one night, you will have smooth lips in the morning. it doesn burn, nor give you any pain/ bleeding ... however, i dont think you want to use it on toddler or young child since there will be dead skin on top of the surface of your lips. the safest for young child (or any age) is original vaseline (the colorless one). i saw some people use coconut oil (organic oil) as well.i hope this help you with your concern.
