Answer:	You would have to ask every seller that question. On Amazon in THEORY it is supposed to be. Every item sold by First Stop Music Shop comes from either the manufacturer directly or from an authorized wholesale distributor. Others may not be the same.

Answer:	Its a long strap longer than most. Its a little hard to adjust which is good because it stays in place. And the strap loops are very tight so it wont fall off guitar.
