Answer:	I realize this is an old question, but thought I'd answer in case anyone else has the same question. I use Earth Science oil free moisturizer for both day and night. However, I've noticed that I need a lot less moisturizer after starting the Tree of Life products - not sure if it's because of the vitamin c serum or the hyraluronic acid serum, or both. I'm 37 with oily skin, if that helps.

Time, well one right after other, with serums, u start with the thinnest and so on, so I start with vitamin c, let it soak in, and then the hylaronic acid, and after it soaks I use retinol oil, I don't have sensitive skin so I can use all at once, it hasn't been a problem at all, and the results are amazing!! Answer:	According to them, you eat shell and all. I could not and I could not get the shell off so I had to throw them away. I really don't recommend them.

Answer:	Indian brand is too salty. These are more natural seeds with light salt. Not coated with salt. I really like these but have bought David’s Natural recently and love them. I eat a lot of pumpkin seeds.

Answer:	Not sure I know the difference between the terms, but relative to other brands these are much less salty (and I think have a better, nutty flavor). Nutrition facts list 790 mg Sodium per 1/3 cup (37g). Other brands I've tried are overpowering with salt but the nut flavor is prominent in these.

Question:	Has anyone noticed a big change in forehead wrinkles? This would be the main reason I would use this
Answer:	I bought it for age spots. I don’t have forehead wrinkles but I have noticed a difference in fine lines around my eyes and that one annoying line between my eyes. I use it all over my face, forehead included so maybe preventative maintenance is the reason. You have to be patient and not expect over night results. I’m placing and order for my 4th bottle.
