Answer:	They're true to sizes in Keens. I find that I wear a half-size smaller in Keens than in some other brands. If you're thinking about ordering them and you've never worn Keens, go try some on at your local high-priced camping store. The sizes will be the same.

Answer:	The sole is a soft yet sturdy plastic material. It is very supportive (like all keen shoes)- Next to the bottom of my foot is the soft plastic contoured foot pad.

Answer:	The W- is an internal note from the distributor. Our Whispers are only available in the one model.
Question:	How long does this last if I use it once a week
Answer:	These shoes are great in the water, hiking (short hike 5,6 miles), and everyday. I have worn kayaking many times. I have four pair of these sandals and where them all seasons (Florida).

Answer:	It came with a little spatula, no need to mix with anything. My skin is sensitive so usually is a bit red after but goes away after a couple of min.
Question:	How often can or should it be used
Answer:	Please follow the directions. This product is a face peel. Not recommended for bikini area.
Question:	Is it (2 Ounce size) Refining 20% peel or Refining 5% peel
Answer:	amazing results! But it's a tiny tube.
Question:	I've had this applied at a spa, but how do I apply this at home? Should I mix it with anything or follow it up with specific product on normal skin
Answer:	Hello. To my recollection, the amount of acid(s) contained in the product were not noted. I only recall the confirmation that acid (of pumpkin origin) was an ingredient in the mask. I have sensitive skin and this mask never over did it for me when I used per direction. If you use any manual exfoliating agents, do so after putting the pumpkin mask on. The manual scrubbing creates very tiny abrasions on skin and putting chemical exfoliants on abrasions will be problematic. Take care.

Suggested Usage

Apply a thin layer to clean skin. Gently massage in a circular motion with wet fingertips to polish with micro-polishing Aluminum Oxide Crystals.
