| Answer: | If you have used glycolic acid before 10% may be fine. If not I would start with the 5% and work your way up to the 10%. It can irritate the skin so starting with the lower % may be a good first step if you haven't used it before. |

| Answer: | the 10% is quite strong. I started by using it over a moisturizer. I leave it on overnight. I'm now able to put on bare skin. Quite powerful... you may add a lotion to dilute and acclimate your face. Love it! |

| Answer: | If you skin is acclimated to 5%, the higher percentage will be better for you. If you get sensitive using it, apply face cream first and then top off with the glycolic to "dilute" it some until your face adjusts to the higher percentage. I use mine 1 a week and am 61 and LOVE it! |
