Question:	Is it normal to receive the product wrapped in clear tape? I feel like it had been returned before
Answer:	Yes, it is normal. And much appreciated because you'll find that the bottle includes a pump-style top and in one position, it's locked and won't pump out any product and if you barely twist it, it's unlocked and will pump out the product. By taping the lid, it keeps the lid from twisting into the unlocked position during shipping, which eliminates the possibility of any of the product leaking out.
Question:	is it non comedogenic
Answer:	I believe so. It has not closed fed my pores. It has a harder time eliminating breakouts in the areas that are most oily, however it feels very light when put on.
Question:	what is the percentage of the glycolic acid facial cream ? Is it
Answer:	I read somewhere (probably their website) that the Glycolic Compound is 10% in the face cream and 11% in the lotion. It is the fourth item listed in the ingredient listing on the face cream label.

Answer:	Yes it is hypoallergenic....I have very sensitive fair skin and I only use two products cetaphil and aqua glycolic face cream.

Answer:	When you apply the moisturizer, ensure your face is still moist. Dab the water off lightly after you wash your face leaving some moisture or spray rose water on your face and let it set for a few seconds, dab the moisturizer on your forehead, cheeks, and chin. Then rub in the moisturizer with an upward motion and you should not have any more problems with the moisturizer. You should always apply a moisturizer to a moist face so your skin absorbs the moisturizer as your face completely dries. I love the product.

Question:	Im trying to clear up some chest acne scars,how does this product interact with hair? Im a guy
Answer:	I dont know how this product would affect acne scars as i dont believe this is the purpose of the product but heh why not give it a try. With respect to the hair issue i can only say that i use it on my face and take the product right up to and into the hairline. i have not noticed any interaction at all with my hair which is colored. Hope this helps a bit.
Question:	How long does the tingling sensation lasts
Answer:	I (38 ) didn't have any tingling at all with the 5% ..And I thought it was not effective enough , therefore I purchased the 10% and no tingling at all either..My mother (58 ) used and no tingling.. I guess chemical levels scare the customers..By the way I have very white skin and I didn't observe any unpleasant activity on my face..I began to use this cream (lightly) to moisture my face (under the make up also ) and so far works perfectly fine .. No blemishes, no irritation , scars, wounds and it helped reduce small pimples or redness...I can also recommend more fast solution like herbal soaps ( pure natural ) ..I don't know what your skin problem is ,but pure french lavender , basil, rosemary or bentonite clay with honey soaps works well for Acne , pimples etc..Plus these kind of herbal soaps are daily , not only for problem areas.
Question:	The direction says leave it on for 1 minute and put on moisturizer. Does this mean take it off after a minute
Answer:	No, i leave mine on, and just apply moisturizer on top. It just dries out your skin thats all.
Question:	The product I received was not sealed. Is there suppose to be some sort of tamper proof seal outside or inside the jar
Answer:	I called the company and as I recall, they said that because they are a small company and package their product in house and mail directly from there, that is why they didn't see the need to take the extra step with sealing the jar.
