Answer:	Fill a bowl with water and soap and agitate in the water to remove any blood, skin, sebum in the device as always alcohol will not remove this. Be careful not to hit the needles against the sides of container, and then rinse with water. You can then leave it in 70% alcohol solution for several minutes, remove from alcohol and allow to dry. Clean with alcohol as well. This is the suggested method for the .5mm or greater, but still seems like a good idea.

Roll back and forth in desired area for 4 - 5 times. Switch direction. 4. Apply moisturizer or repairing serum after use. 5. Use once a week for optimal results. 6. Replace roller once every 1 - 2 months if using frequently and store in plastic case. WHAT IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY? We strongly recommend applying your favourite serum right after rolling! A serum is typically more water-based, and is therefore designed to penetrate deeply and, often, quickly into the skin, allowing a cream to be put on top of it to "lock in" the ingredients. Many people think that the word "cream" or "serum" define a product's consistency, but that is not true (it has nothing to do with consistency, it has to do with product type). Answer:	In response to the list of ingredients someone noted: I do not see vitamin C listed. Vitamin E was written in lay-man terms (very far into the ingredient list), but L-AA, MAP, or SAP weren't listed (not that the latter two have clinically proven results anyway). If you are reading this look into another product. Vitamin C should be one for the first 3 ingredients in order for it to actually be of any value, ingredients are listed in the percentage they are used. P.S. if the boasted ingredient is ever listed 5th on an ingredient list, the likelihood that the content could be anywhere close to 20% is negligible. In order for an ingredient to be 20% and listed 5th all ingredients would have to have a content percentage tie.
