Just a pea-sized drop of sunscreen, and use as much moisturizer to your liking. Mix on the top of your hand, and apply to face and neck and hands and forearms. The consistency of this moisturizer with the safflower oil makes a wonderful "carrier" for the sunscreen and easy spreadability. Also, it really is cost effective! Less sunscreen is needed and it helps the zinc oxide to spread over sun exposed areas.
