Answer:	Yes, it does work. I definitely have a decrease in my facial and neck wrinkles. I use this product three times weekly as it can be drying. On the other nights I use a moisturizing cream I get on Amazon with Vitamins C and E and hyaloronic acid. Then Once a week I use micro A retinol cream. Differin 0.1% just came out over the countered. It is a milder retinol cream. I think most of use need a combination of treatment. This combo works well for me. I think I shaved a good 10 years off of my appearance. Good luck.

Answer:	I do not use it as a eye cream, only as directed for face and neck. The skin under my eyes is a little dryer then the rest of my face and thats why i use the neutrogena healthy skin eye cream for my eyes and it works really well. I have really sensitive skin and tolerate both products really good. My skin is very oily skin on my face and this cream gives it enough moisture but does not cause it to get greasy.

It's hard to find, no idea why, so I sometimes use Eucerin Daily Moisturizer with 30 SPF. I never use retinol during the day. When I am out in the sun for a long time in the summer, I use Neutrogena 110 sunblock.

Answer:	Somewhat, yes. But what it really did for me was minimize dark circles and reduce swelling that makes undereye bags.

Question:	Does this diminish crows feet
Answer:	If wanting to claw your eyes out from itching, stinging, burning, etc, all night and into the next day where it’s so bad you won’t put your contacts in and use about a bottle of Refresh eye drops and cold compresses indicates it being hypoallergenic, then yes, it must be. I tried it about 2 hours prior to going to bed thinking I might have rubbed it in accidentally while sleeping on prior trials, and I was using iced water cloths trying to keep my eyes from burning. It is horrible.

Answer:	I have been using it. IMHO it's an excellent product for men as well as women. It is invisible once properly applied and the very, very light fragrance evaporates almost instantly. My friends, work colleagues, etc. have not mentioned anything so I am pretty sure no one even notices it. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I've really never had any trouble with any lotion causing acne on my skin but I did see that Neutrogena wrinkle filler stated that it was non-comedogenic. I would inquire at Neutrogena to be sure.
Question:	Is it okay for this product to be exposed to freezing temperatures? It would be exposed to freezing temps during winter delivery to northern states and while in outside mailboxes
Answer:	Goodness, that's a good question. I think we need someone from Neutrogena to respond to that good question. I looked on my bottle and it doesn't say anything about warm or cold conditions and how it may effect the product. Question:	What percentage of retinol is in this product
Answer:	I experience a lot of burning after applying this product. I started using in day & night. Finally wished up and now use it once a day at night before bed. My face seems dryer so I feel the need to apply a moisturizer after the nighttime application. It says results in one week , but it has been one month and I see no improvement. I've ordered the deep wrinkle cream AM & PM to see what it does. Respectfully submitted
Question:	Does this tighten the skin from sagging
Answer:	Depends on how saggy you are to begin with. If you are 77 years old like I am it will improve the sagging lines on your cheeks and around the mouth and eyes enough that you can see it, but it will not make you look like you are 20 again. In my lifetime I have used hundreds of facial fixes and this is the first that I can truly say has done some good.

Answer:	Sorry - I have the gel cream, not eye gel. I don't see this ingredient listed on the gel cream, but their toll-free number for questions is 800-582-4018.
Question:	What are the long term effects of use and what happens if you discontinue using it after some time
Answer:	I'm really not sure. This is probably a question for the seller. I use it after I bathe, since I wash with a soap bar, to moisturize as those soaps tend to leave your skin dry. My face feels refreshed after I have applied it. If you stop using it I would figure your face would stay dry with a tight feeling and maybe have more visible lines. People I know comment on how I don't look my age. I hope that kind of helps as this doesn't seem to be a harsh product for the face😊

Answer:	Use black tea bags before applying the cream. Soak two bags in hot water and let them cool, then apply for three minutes. It really does work.
Question:	This may be a silly question after having read the label, but can this product be used around the entire eye, lids included
Answer:	Yes, it can! This is an eye gel-cream, ophthalmologist tested, oil-free, fragrance-free, and dye-free. It is specifically meant to be used around the eyes. (I use it to my lash-line without problem, wearing extended-wear contact lenses.) A side note: The ingredients in this Hydro Boost Eye Gel-Cream, and the 1.7 oz Hydro Boost Gel-Cream for Extra-Dry skin are exactly the same. The only difference being, there is more Carbomer in the Eye Gel-Cream. Carbomer is #12 on the Eye gel-cream list, versus #15 on the Extra-dry. Every other ingredient is the same and in the same order. Carbomer is an emulsion stabilizer and viscosity increasing agent. Meaning, the eye cream would be a tiny bit thicker. Carbomer is not toxic or harmful, but a few (very few) people may have a sensitivity to it. So, (my two cents) the skin gel-cream may actually be better around the eyes. (Be careful when purchasing. The "regular" Hydro Boost "Water Gel" has fragrance and blue dye 1. Only the "Hydro Boost gel-cream Extra-Dry Skin" and the "Hydro Boost Eye gel-cream" are fragrance-free and dye-free.)
