Answer:	if you want to eat Amla(Indian gooseberry) and not worry about the adulteration then buy frozen Amla which comes in a packet from any Indian grocery store. They are green and frozen. The only thing is then you would have to thaw it a little before you can cut around the stone and add it in your smoothie or curries. Green Amla does not taste bitter, little sour, but not acidic as Amla is not acidic, but alkaline.

You may find it easier to mix them in a separate bowl and combine them once the avocado is well mashed. Lightly rub the mixture into your face.
