Answer:	yes, plus a nubby one that is quite low. I tried the low inserts first but found that the medium was best for me. They take a bit of getting used to but I like them better than my custom made orthotics!

Answer:	Hello Mary,I am not a doctor, but I would imagine they would work. I wear mine every day in my tennis shoes. At first, they were uncomfortable, but I have become so used to them, I hardly notice I am wearing them. You do need to wear them for short periods of time at first, just to get used to them. This past weekend, I stayed in and did not wear shoes at all. I really noticed it when I put my shoes on this morning. I could FEEL the support and think my arches did drop a little over the weekend.
