Answer:	My tattoo artist recommended using a light coating of this on a new tattoo for the first 3-5 days, after washing the tattoo (several times a day). Since a new tattoo is an open wound this protectant helps keep bacteria out. After a few days it's important to use less so it can breathe as it's healing.

Answer:	I don't think I have psoriasis, but for the first time this winter my skin got so dry & itchy that my doctor recommended it. It has healed the dry skin completely--I was even getting dry, pealing itchy places around my ears--that is on my face--it horrified me. I am so glad this helped. The Dr. also prescribed a steroid ointment that i used around my ears. This is the second time that 2 separate Dr.'s have recommended Aquaphor--the 1st time was when I had laser treatments to do away with sun damaged skin---and that made my face heal like a charm. Answer:	My dermatologist recently told me when buying creams such as these-- to always buy the ones in JARS -such as this product--and not to buy the ones in tubes. Evidently the process for putting the cream into tubes, does lower the quality of the product. I recently purchased Aquaphor, after years of using another product, the differnence to my neck in one week is amazing!!!!!! this is truly an outstanding product

Answer:	DIFFERENCE IN INGREDIENTS: Vaseline is 100% Petrolatum. Aquaphor is only 41% petrolatum with 'inactive ingredients' as listed "Mineral Oil, Ceresin, Lanolin Alcohol, Pantheol, Glycerin, Bisabolol". DIFFERENCE IN APPLICATION/USE: Aquaphor goes on like Vaseline but doesn't stay sticky/greasy the way Vaseline does. I use it for my eczema rashes and its moisturizing/healing properties take effect even after just one application. This helped clear up my newborn's dermatitis when alternating with the Rx antibiotic ointment, which on its own was quite drying to the skin. I apply this to baby's face if we're going out and it's cold/windy and it DOES NOT attract lint or fibers like vaseline does -- again, because aquaphor doesn't stay sticky; it 'dries' after a few minutes but leaves the skin well moisturized. Also great for chapped lips! Personally, I won't be buying Vaseline again as this product works far better for mine & my family's needs.

Answer:	No but this moisturizer mixes wonderfully with a natural sunscreen made from zinc oxide, such as "Yes To Cucumbers" natural sunscreen SPF 30. Just a pea-sized drop of sunscreen, and use as much moisturizer to your liking. Mix on the top of your hand, and apply to face and neck and hands and forearms. The consistency of this moisturizer with the safflower oil makes a wonderful "carrier" for the sunscreen and easy spreadability. Also, it really is cost effective! Less sunscreen is needed and it helps the zinc oxide to spread over sun exposed areas.

Answer:	I couldn't use it at all. The fragrance is very strong but I can't compare to the other versions as this was the first and only one I tried and I won't be trying any of the others BC of my experience with this one! It not only burned my eyes and nose but I broke out so bad within just a short time. I gave it another shot a few weeks later and it's sitting on the table mocking me right now. I tried to give it to several people and all of them opened it, took one sniff and closed it with a look given as they handed it back to me. I purchased mine from our local store. I definitely don't recommend it. I have been using Neutrogena gel cream and though I feel it could be more moisturizing than it is, I love it and have zero reactions to the gel cream (not the gel alone as I didn't like the fragrance in that one either)

Answer:	No.... Not at all. I've been using it in the shower for over 5 years. The liquid forms a soft soapy foam which rinses off easily and completely. It leaves a very clean feeling. Definitely not greasy or oily. Excellent product. Worth the extra price. But....a little goes a long way. I hope you enjoy it.

Answer:	NO-AND THIS IS EMPHATIC-NO, I CANNOT DETECT BUT THE MOST SUBTLE OF SCENT(s) IN THIS PRODUCT, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE HAD REACTIONS TO SEVERAL OF THE LISTED INGREDIENTS. THIS MAY HELP OTHERS WHO HAVE EXTREME SENSITIVITIES AND/OR HYPERRESPONSIVE TO VARIOUS SCENTS. My mother is able to liberally apply this cream without me having to leave the area, much less her house (as I have had to leave before, even when she has not used any chemicals or scents in over 12 hours-including those labelled 'FRAGRANCE FREE"). I have MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) also known as idiopathic environmental intolerances (IEI) AND an autoimmune disease, inflammatory type, with multiple related syndromes. I am not just SENSITIVE, I can have varied EXTREME reactions (to the point of anaphylaxis) to a virtual plethora of things, but mainly VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and added fragrances-even "natural" ones. Then again, I can have no type of reaction to other triggers such as strong scents/health & beauty products/cleaners/paints/inks/pet dander/flowers/pollen- even latex- rarely does it make sense (no pun intended) why, where, or when (and sometimes who) causes reaction(s). I can also use a product or have no sensitivities or reactions for years and then begin to have all sorts of allergic responses. So, this is for those people that have paid over $50 for a body product which is free of almost all of the usual suspects, but still have a horrible reaction AND for those who have no noticeable reaction to well known irritants (even toxicant), but react to "unscented" and "natural" products with all those "CONTAINS NO____________________________" (insert 10 or more things, such as SLS, parabens, BPA, phthalates, etc.). Just be aware that this product does contain some of those known irritants as well as petroleum. But so far, I haven't had any reaction to the barely discernable scent. Answer:	Hi, I'm happy to help. We've done a lot of research on all of our ingredients before choosing to use them. They're all approved to be used in natural products. I've included some information here about what those ingredients are but feel free to message us directly if you have more questions. Titanium dioxide is a naturally occurring mineral used as a bright white pigment for paint, in the food industry as a coloring, in sunscreens and cosmetics, and in other industrial uses. After processing, it is exists as white, powdery solid. We do not use nano titanium dioxide which is generally the ingredient customers are wary of. Phenoxyethanol is one of the few preservatives that do not turn into formaldehyde. We wish we didn’t have to use any preservative, but at the low amounts we use, less that 1%, it is the safest bet. Quite a few natural products that don’t list a preservative are using pre-processed ingredients that do include a preservative, but they only list the main natural ingredient. Not all do, but some. Answer:	I've been using it for two weeks. My face is extremely sensitive and my rosacea flares up easily. I haven't yet seen improvement, but my goal with it was something that didn't make it worse. This is the first thing I've used that hasn't. It actually is quite soothing and my skin feels extremely soft after using it. It might actually improve your average case if rosacea. (Nothing has improved mine, most topicals make it much worse.)

Answer:	The product is made in batches, each with it's own expiration date. In order to provide expiration dates with the listing, the seller would have to create a separate listing for every batch number they sell. This would be impractical and arduous. You may wish to order and then, if the product you receive has an expiration date that is approaching, then you could return it (within 30 days) and request a refund at the seller's expense. Alternatively, you could try asking the seller what the expiration date is before purchasing it. I would recommend trying that first. I understand your concern as sellers ship their oldest products first, even those that are too close to their expiration date.
