Answer:	I don't wear makeup often and I use the Micellar water at morning and night to wash my face. I find I'm less flakey and don't need an additional moisturizer as often with this product as I do with any other product I've used to wash my face. That said, it is a cleanser and not a moisturizer.

Answer:	The blue bottle is designed to remove waterproof makeup and the pink bottle is just the original formula. I will say that I have a little trouble removing Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara (not waterproof) even with the blue bottle, but I have this problem with all makeup removers.
