Shake container well before using. Connect a garden hose to the sprayer nozzle. Make sure switch is fully forward in the "off" position.

Step 2:

Turn on water at faucet. Extend hose to the farthest area to be treated and work back toward the faucet so you don't come in contact with the treated area.

Step 3:

To begin spraying, point nozzle toward treatment site and pull switch backwards towards hose connection. Water will automatically mix with the product. Spray until wet to control listed insects and lawn diseases. Walk at a steady pace, working back toward the faucet while spraying, using an even sweeping motion, slightly overlapping treated areas.

Step 4:

To stop spraying, push switch forward toward nozzle. Turn water off at faucet. To relieve pressure before removing nozzle from hose, pull switch backwards towards hose connection until water stops spraying.

Answer:	So far, it is doing great damage to my JK, but it's advised to WAIT and spray in the fall when it's in full flower. This is when the plant will carry the poison down to the root. If you spray earlier in the season when it's growing, you'll just kill the foliage and it will grow back again. I'll know more next season, but after a year and a half of failed mechanical control, this seems to be working! The hard part is waiting and letting it flourish until it flowers!

Answer:	I gave up on this because of the pump and cost of the ready to use solution. I went with a 1 gal Chapin 20000 sprayer and I buy the concentrate for it. Much more economical, results are as good and the sprayer is more reliable.

Answer:	That just happened to me as well. I realized in my case that the red connector wasn't pushed all the way into the top. I set the bottle down on the ground and with all my weight pushed it in and then it locked in and the chemical came right out. It had to be flush against the top of the bottle to actually come out. It says to use 7.4 ounces in 1 to 10 gallons of water and to spray that over 1000 square feet. Basically what that means is use whatever water between 1-10 gallons that it takes you to cover 1000 square feet at the pace you are working and the rate your sprayer is putting out spray. Answer:	This will work well with most broadleaf weeds, including poison ivy. Watch in a few months: Poison ivy has a strong root system that might survive first application of herbicide. Glyphosphate will do the job too. It will kill anything green.

Answer:	It was half of the concoction. The other was 2,4,5-t which is now a restricted use product and can only be bought with a license.
Question:	Is this product safe for use on St. Augustine lawns
Answer:	2, 4-D is a generic broad leaf weed killer found in almost all broadleaf herbicides. Since St. Augustine is a grass (and not a broadleaf), 2,4-D will not kill it. However, if used again and again in a particular location, it will eventually kill the St. Augustine which is what I experienced in a small patch which had oxalis (yellow sorrel) weed. I later found out from Texas A&M that oxalis, albeit a broadleaf, is very, very hard to kill since it has underground rhizomes which regenerate the weed even if it appears to have been killed.
