Question:	Should I use this and clearsil rapid reach wash at night or morning? I also have resurfacing retinol cerva and their wash. Any proper order or time
Answer:	Absolutely love this face wash, not harsh on my sensitive skin at all. I use to break out from all sorts of reasons, when I started using this I noticed major clear skin, I might get one here and there an use the rapid spot treatment but I use it before bed cause after a day of running around it cleans away your skin also I use in a.m to rinse any nighttime heat or oils...just a small amount and massage into your skin with warm water rinse with cold to close your pores ...love it
Question:	Can this be used on the rest of your body like arms
Answer:	I've never used on any area but the face but I don't see why not. If your facial skin isn't bothered by the product I'm gonna guess an say your arms won't be so. I would give it a try, there are lots of body washes and soaps that work, I have Male friends who have said as much things with sea salt in the body wash or soap. Or even a dab of a spot treatment that has peroxide in it. Will help with redness and dry out any imperfections...Bragg's apple cider vinegar as a toner works wonders on all skin types too. Just a few ideas to try all have had great results for me and friends. Hope that helps good luck
Question:	How long do you leave it on your face before you wash it off
Answer:	Leave it on the same as you would soap or other daily facial cleanser. I put a dab in my hand with a bit of water, then apply all over my face (avoiding eye area). I then splash on lukewarm water to rinse and pat dry. I love this product and recommend it to my friends.
Question:	Is this good for oily skin
Answer:	I love it. I do have oily skin and I do get a pimple here and there, and this stuff does help. I use it before I use my rodan and field’s regimen. Highly recommend it.

Question:	does it contain artifical fragrances
Answer:	I use this alone as a one-step face wash in winter when my skin is drier and more sensitive due to harsh cold outdoors and harsh heating indoors. It’s really gentle and non-drying, and it helps my skin stay clear and fresh feeling. Great cleanser! I really like it, and I will buy it again.
Question:	Is this product tested on animals
Answer:	Bottle colors represent different products lines. Purple is Age Defying, orange is Brightening, pink is Sensitive, blue/turquoise is Clear Skin, and White/Green is CannaCell.
Question:	does this come in a plastic or glass bottle
Answer:	It’s thick and doesn’t suds. I didn’t like this product compared to the 1000 roses foam.
Question:	what's the product's PH
Answer:	You should only be using an exfoliator no more that 2-3 times a week in my opinion. This milk cleanser is great after exfoliating. I have mostly used it after using some of the other cleansing foams by andalou as well... it is great to prevent my skin from drying out too much. I love it for use after the other cleansers. I put a bit on my wet figertips and massage onto my face then rinse. I have not used it with cotton balls. I don't think I would use it alone as a cleanser because I prefer a more clean feel first then use it for the added moisture. I definately would buy it again.

Question:	Can i use as a drawing salve
Answer:	While it cleanses, it provides some drawing. Best to go with a clay product for maximum drawing of impurities recommendation is Aztec Secret Indian Deep Pore Cleansing Healing Clay
Question:	Does it have little particles to rub the skin? or just like regular cleaning foam
Answer:	No little particles. Neutrogena has a great face wash with little particles to clean pores and exfoliate. It has grapefruit in it. It's my favorite so far. This charcoal cleanser is okay-just probably not good for people with sensitive skin or open pores. It's not a foam-just gel. I think the charcoal soaked into my pores and that's what the blackheads were.
Question:	How can I travel with it
Answer:	FROM TRAVEL EXPERIENCE: Either transfer liquid from Biore bottle to a store bought bottle with a cap that can snap shut OR the cheap way is to put a sandwich bag over the top and secure it with a rubber band or ponytail.
Question:	has this helped anybody with blackhead issues
Answer:	Yes! I bought this at another retailer to give it a shot and was amazed at how well it worked. I have always had an issue with blackheads on my nose and the only success I ever had with clearing them up was with a Biore strip. However, after the FIRST night of using this cleanser, I'd say about 95% of the blackheads on my nose had disappeared. I'm really shocked that this cleanser is getting such negative reviews on here because it's been a great product for me so far.
