Answer:	I believe the retinol is the major difference. I use their 7-in-1 during the day and just got this to try at night.

Answer:	Alright... as far as it "working" that depends on what your looking for. I'm in my 30's with combination skin and a few fine lines. I started using this cream about 2 years ago. I was spending 3x as much on some other cream with about half the amount in it. I noticed right away that the moisture level alone in my skin increased. It definitely softens lines and rejuvenates, so as far as it being a wrinkle cream.. they don't "go away".. but absolutely less noticeable. I use at night and in the morning under makeup. I have noticed that if I don't give it a few minutes to dry before applying makeup it tends to ball up almost like deoderant and lotion react. It doesn't have a noticeable or unpleasant smell once applied and I can totally see using this cream for years to come. This is the one facial item I NEVER run out of as I always order ahead just because I ♡ it so much.

Answer:	Sorry, I've only used the Olay Night Recovery Cream, so I can't compare. The Night Recovery cream is a thick, white, smooth cream. When you dip your finger into the cream, the cream will stay on your fingers - not run off.
