Answer:	No, I've used it for years and haven't noticed a shimmer. However you skin is super soft after using so it may appear to have a glow.

Answer:	I agree that the scent is overpowering. How could it not be ? The fragrance is one of the main ingredient in #5, more in quantity than the advertised highlight Shea Butter, which comes in #7. That means the amount of fragrance in there is MORE than the beneficial Shea Butter. And the 2nd ingredient is petrolatum, which has been mainly banned.

Answer:	Yes, and there is no comparison between the products. I love Nivea lotions, but this product far surpasses their in-shower body lotion. I wouldn't consider saving money to downgrade to Nivea.

Answer:	Happy to help because I learned the hard way myself. They both have shea butter with a mild coconut fragrance. Difference is-at the very bottom, one says "Body Wash" and the other says "Body Lotion" , or something similar. They are both excellent products, but the in-shower lotion doesn't lather for washing, only the body wash does that. We use both. The wash leaves skin silky, but following with the in-shower lotion adds just a bit more needed moisture to dry skin and keeps it smooth all day. Take a close look at the bottom of the bottle though. I supplied all my baths with what I thought was "wash" for company, leaving them all trying to get clean with lotion. "We loved it" was their response, but it' s lotion. Thank goodness they were all understanding family.

Answer:	I've been using Olay products for 30 years; I will be 60 this year. The Regenerist line of products are my favorite, mostly because I only need this one cream. I use it as my day and night time moisturizer. I don't wear foundation, so the Regenerist is the only thing that touches my skin - I highly endorse this product for any skin type; my own is extremely sensitive, which is why I have been faithful to Olay products for so many years. I don't find the need to use any additional Olay products when I use this Regenerist product.

Answer:	It has palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 as the 12th ingredient listed. Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 is a pentapeptide, synethsized chain protein created by linking five amino acid peptides. Answer:	The new Pro-X Microdermabrasion Plus Advanced Cleansing System (in the silver blue box) gives you the additional microdermabrasion attachment, in addition to the cleaning brush & is 3 speeds, rather than the 2 speeds found on this one. Looks as if Olay decided they should have a "machine" that more obviously competes with, e.g., Neutrogena's Microdermabrasion System.(I am not interested in the Neutrogena one because it's designed to work only with their (disposable) pads, which come pre-saturated with some kind of Neutrogena product & I'd rather have the flexibility of using my own choice of cleansers, etc)

Answer:	This is in NO way comparable to a Clarisonic! I bought this after having my Clarisonic for years. When seeing the comment below on here, I decided to try this. I do not recommend this, if you've had a Clarisonic and was happy with it. This is in NO way even close to the quality or power of the Clarisonic I owned. The Clarisonic is NOT harsh! My Clarisonic was an excellent product that I used for years before it wore out. I just ordered another Clarisonic Mia 1 because my skin seems to be suffering without it. Wish I would have bought a Clarisonic replacement when my first one died, rather than the Olay ProX. It was an excellent product. This one seems like a toy in comparison. The Olay ProX does not have much power and "drags" with slight pressure and you have to replace batteries fairly quickly if using every day. Probably okay for a teenager.
Question:	Hi, what would be the diference between this product and the Olay Pro-X Microdermabrasion
Answer:	The Microdermabrasion cleaning head is a sponge instead of a brush. It feels like a make-up application sponge, texture-wise. It also comes with a different cleanser that has a tiny sand-like pieces in it, to really scrub your skin well. Please note that both the cleaning heads (the sponge and the brush) fit on this Pro-X system. So you can just purchase the replacement heads for the Microdermabrasion and they will fit on this system. I use the microdermabrasion sponge once a week to get a deep exfoliation and then use the brush the rest of the week.
