Answer:	I'm really not sure. This is probably a question for the seller. I use it after I bathe, since I wash with a soap bar, to moisturize as those soaps tend to leave your skin dry. My face feels refreshed after I have applied it. If you stop using it I would figure your face would stay dry with a tight feeling and maybe have more visible lines. People I know comment on how I don't look my age. I hope that kind of helps as this doesn't seem to be a harsh product for the face😊

Answer:	Yes, it can! This is an eye gel-cream, ophthalmologist tested, oil-free, fragrance-free, and dye-free. It is specifically meant to be used around the eyes. (I use it to my lash-line without problem, wearing extended-wear contact lenses.) A side note: The ingredients in this Hydro Boost Eye Gel-Cream, and the 1.7 oz Hydro Boost Gel-Cream for Extra-Dry skin are exactly the same. The only difference being, there is more Carbomer in the Eye Gel-Cream. Carbomer is #12 on the Eye gel-cream list, versus #15 on the Extra-dry. Every other ingredient is the same and in the same order. Carbomer is an emulsion stabilizer and viscosity increasing agent. Meaning, the eye cream would be a tiny bit thicker. Carbomer is not toxic or harmful, but a few (very few) people may have a sensitivity to it. So, (my two cents) the skin gel-cream may actually be better around the eyes. (Be careful when purchasing. Answer:	I would say it lasts about 3 hours. After a night out my bags are still less noticeable but are showing. If I go out during the day with full makeup, before I go out for the evening an I wet a finger and swipe under my eyes. I then put some in my hand use a damp finger and reapply. Sometimes a damp finger is needed to remove where it has built up a little. I am 83 and have been using this for many years. It does the best job for my bags, which are large. It is certainly worth a try. Makeup and moisturizers need to be removed with a swipe of a tissue before applying. Play with it before you give up on it!
Question:	Do you use before or after applying foundation
Answer:	You can apply Sudden Change either before or after foundation. I am looking at the box and it says "ok" to both uses. Personally, I would do both (if needed)! If applied under foundation, make sure you go gently putting foundation over the top of the treated area, so you don't pull skin back to original state.

Answer:	Mine came in a little box, but the bottle itself was unsealed. No plastic band around the lid and no inner safety seal. Also, it's only half full with cream. Is that how it's supposed to be?? If so that is crazy because I have no way to know if it has been used!

Answer:	I only use it on my under eye are as well as my crow's feet on the side of my eyes. I also use it on my upper lip where I have some wrinkling. I imagine it would be fine to use on your lids. It is very gentile. I have reactions to almost ALL eye products, but not this one.
