In my experience, I can tell that this has a reasonable amount of vitamin C in it, based on the slight tingling I get when I apply this before applying moisturizer/sunscreen. The tingling isn't bothersome for my sensitive skin, but I can tell that there's a fair amount of vitamin C in there. Hope this helps a wee bit, even though I don't know what the % of vitamin C in this product is.

Answer:	No odor, no perfumes. This is an AMAZING eye gel. LIghtweight and absorbs super fast. Relieves red, itchy, tired or sunburn eyes. Even my boyfriend loves it after he has driven for a long time. I sometimes keep it in the fridge for extra cooling effect. It is not super creamy or nourishing, I often use this in the morning and something thicker and oilier at night. This is still my favorite.

Answer:	The Dr. Oz show earlier this week (week of 10/21/19) had an Olay specialist on the show. She explained the three eye products and what they're used for. This product is used more for dry skin around the eyes. I found it quite enlightening as I have sort of combination problems in my eye area and I need two products. I was using one, but not this one. It probably would be helpful if you can find it and watch it online. I think they are available for awhile.

Answer:	It doesn’t have a specific expiration date however, the logo on the label states 12 months from the time it’s opened. On average, most skincare is good for two years unopened

Answer:	The formula is specifically created for mild swelling or puffiness under the eyes. However, it can be used in the upper eyelid are. Be very careful not to use too much. One drop will be sufficient.

Answer:	This works best for de-puffing. I use eye cream after for moisturizing and anti-aging.

Answer:	The ordinary website has free shipping at $25, sephora and ulta have free shipping at different amounts and you can pick up in store if you have one close by but if you plan ahead you can save quite a bit. Plus, the ordinary allows you to buy from all their brands. I use the chemistry HA and then some ordinary oils, like this one and just order monthly. It takes about a week to get to me but spending $25 is very easy. If a person is willing to basically bay $10 for shipping for a single bottle, feel free, but I'd rather not since you can get these products in many other places for a reasonable price - and that is what the ordinary is about. If you are willing to pay $20 for an oz of product I'd recommend putting that $20/oz towards a higher ends product - don't get me wrong, ordinary is a great product but it markets itself as an 'affordable' brand they have a NOID brand which is higher end and marketed as such. Just sayin' ...but maybe a person may have stock in UPS and want to pay more for shipping :)
