Answer:	It won't hurt your gems or gold. If you don't put your silver in your box, you might as well not put the Hagerty strip in the box because it's a protection for silver. It retards tarnish on silver.

Answer:	You can put the strip in a plastic bag with the jewelry. If the jewelry is in a drawer or a jewelry box you can just put the strip in the drawer or box. These definitely work and they do last a long time.
Question:	Does this have sunscreen in it? SPF
Answer:	I can only speak to my use of the strips and they have been very successful. I have one strip in a two tiered jewelry box that is 12” by 8” by 4” deep. It keeps the silver shiny. I have a silver flat wear chest that is 23” by 14” by 3 1/2” and it too has one strip in it. I never have to polish my silver. They are amazing.

Answer:	The diameter of plastic plugs is 1cm, so the drill bit should be 1cm or 1.1cm(0.39"-0.43") will do the trick. As for plasterboard, the drill holes should be less than 6mm (0.23"), thanks.
