Answer:	In all honesty I use it for surgical scarring it is helping but remember you have to be religiously consistent about putting in on. Also be patient you will not see overnight progress, it will take time but as far as my scars I do see an improvement and lightning of the scars. I've not been as consistent as I should be but I am seeing a difference.

This doesn't seem to be *intended* for use on the face, but I don't see any reason you couldn't try it if there aren't any ingredients that haven't bothered your face before. (I know the skin on my face would not react well.) Patch test it & see if you aren't sure if it might clog your pores or something like that. Based on the ingredients and how it works on body skin, it should work for pigmentation on your face if it agrees with that skin and there're no negative reactions.

Answer:	No, I don't think so. It didn't help for my fresh scar from surgery, either. I have been using it for thrre months now with no improvement.

Answer:	Yes, I have scars from 40 years ago that it makes a difference. However, the older the scar, the longer it takes to get rid of it. I'm on about a year on the oldest ones and while they are better, they are not gone yet. (about half). Note: I don't use it everyday. I have found on new scars that once every other day, even every 3rd day is fine. I think the "once daily" thing is just to sell more product. On new scars where I can monitor them very well, I've never found them to heal any faster every day vs every other day or even every third day.

Answer:	I have never checked. I use it periodically, maybe 1-3 evenings then not until I feel I need to apply again. I am sure if I used it daily for a week, I would not have any spots/freckles anymore. One of the most important things is to use sun screen daily or you will get them back slowly. Also, a tidbit, I add baby diaper rash ointment containing 40% zinc oxide to my sun screen as the zinc oxide really blocks the damaging sun effects.
