One caveat - the t-shirt arrived on a very warm day (the package was physically warm) and was folded such that the screen print was folded on top of itself and a tiny corner stuck to another part of the screen print. My son peeled it apart and the small flaw didn't bother him enough to want to request a replacement and that area is not peeling even after several washings so he is still happy with it. It's very mild, and great for pump oil sprayers (as a healthier substitute for cooking oil sprays). Polyunsaturated oils are fine to cook with. Just know the oil and it's limitations.... i.e. olive oil (monounsaturated) is a great oil for food use- but you wouldn't want to deep fry in extra virgin oil. You also don't want to use toasted sesame oil as anything other than a seasoning agent. Polyunsaturated oils like canola are great all-purpose oils (but if you don't want GMO canola, get organic). |
