Answer:	This really works! Better then a coconut oil or any plain oil as I was using. The mixture in this really gets things moving and out! Blasting with this oil and my inferred red light on me works great! Much better then any other way I’ve done. Also as I’m laying on the floor or bed on a towel I keep my leg up in the air and work my bum, hips, calf, foot whole leg while up in the air . I also got my flexibility back doing this! MASSAGE OIL

Do not pour the massge oil direclty onto the body. Pour a dime size amount into your hands - begin with warm hands. Cold oil on warm body does not feel good. Do not heat up the oil.

BODY MOISTURIZER
