Answer:	This is only to soften and make the wax come out easier, you will still need to irrigate it with a saline or water. Try using a syringe to get some water pressure after using the drops and see if that helps. If not, maybe make a doctor appointment.

Answer:	Your baby might have a yeast Infection causing the rash, I would recommend seeing a doctor to get nystatin cream prescribed and layer that with the desitin. I generally use desitin to protect from getting a rash it's a barrier protecting the skin. If you can't get to the doctor you can also use lotramin otc. Our doctor has had us do that on the weekends when they couldn't see our baby. Also baking soda bath soaks help as welll. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Its head to toe use. I was not sure tried it and works perfectly fine. For my baby's silky hair I don't have to use anything apart from this. This works as shampoo and conditioner as well.
