Answer:	I'm not sure but I think you are referring to the storage bag... It is a fabric shell with a foam lining to pad the vise for transport. I like it because it is compact so it is easy to store. When I go to fly tying classes I put the "caddy" in another canvas bag with containers I purchased from target. The containers stack 3 high and are about 8.5 x 11 inches. I filled the containers with my tying tools, cement and materials. I don't recommend transporting the vise in the assembled position.
