Answer:	Your 4 x 6 picture will fit without cutting it, but not all of the picture will show because the opening is 3.5 x 5.5. Just a hint- I cut out a slick 4 x 6 piece of cardboard and slid it in and out first which made it easier to put my picture in afterwards. It might catch on the bottom of the frame while you’re doing it, but just gently lift the outside frame with your fingernail while you finish pushing it in.
