Answer:	I don't find this sparkles at all. It feels a little cool on the skin and does cause puffiness under the eyes to reduce. I haven't paid as much attention as to whether it has reduced my dark circles (how bad they are varies and depends on how much sleep I've had or if my allergies are acting up). I am 52 and my skin is in good condition--aside from a few fine lines and the dark circles-- but a lot of that is genetics and the consistent and daily use of sunscreen in recent years. However, I am starting to feel that my skin is a little dry--especially in winter and I use a variety of products to help. This one I like but I use it primarily for undereye puffiness.

Question:	Would this work on a thick, raised scar from an auto accident
Answer:	Sorry to tell you but the only thing that will work for your keloid (raised scar) will be steroid injections by your dermatologist. Its a bummer I know. But the injections make a HUGE difference. Painful but most definitely worth it. SN: I have three keloids. One under my jaw, on my shoulder and chest. I've tried absolutely everything under the sun.
