Answer:	My deadlift max is 255, but I can rack pull 3 plates before I have to use straps. Right now I can do the 1.5 for 3, but honestly grippers are a different grip strength from deadlifting. Worst case scenario you can close the trainer for 10 right away, it becomes your warm up gripper and you have to buy the 1.

Answer:	No, I don't think so. It didn't help for my fresh scar from surgery, either. I have been using it for thrre months now with no improvement.

Answer:	Yes, I have scars from 40 years ago that it makes a difference. However, the older the scar, the longer it takes to get rid of it. I'm on about a year on the oldest ones and while they are better, they are not gone yet. (about half). Note: I don't use it everyday. I have found on new scars that once every other day, even every 3rd day is fine. I think the "once daily" thing is just to sell more product. On new scars where I can monitor them very well, I've never found them to heal any faster every day vs every other day or even every third day.

Answer:	I have never checked. I use it periodically, maybe 1-3 evenings then not until I feel I need to apply again. I am sure if I used it daily for a week, I would not have any spots/freckles anymore. One of the most important things is to use sun screen daily or you will get them back slowly. Also, a tidbit, I add baby diaper rash ointment containing 40% zinc oxide to my sun screen as the zinc oxide really blocks the damaging sun effects.

Answer:	Maybe not as quickly as others but it relieves so well and protects so well that an extra 30 seconds or so if rubbing it i. Is very much worth it to me. I use to crack and bleed in the winter. I use this once a day and have bo cracks, no burning and no itching anymore. ( I use the yummy smelling ones throughout the day. Those used to irritate me.)

Answer:	Because I use a lot of the 19 oz product and don’t wanna expose it to air by opening the jar twice a day (oxygen wrecks vitamins and other yummies), I found a pair of pump tops for $5 on eBay. Whenever I get a new jar, I screw that lid on and I’m good to go. (I seem to remember the “straws” which suck the product up were too long, but once I cut them down, they were POIFEKT!)

Answer:	I never used it on the face. My opinion based on other area that was very dry. It helped soften cracked dry skin within a day. The cream was thick and absorped fast. It could be greasy if you pour water on it.

I would recommend just trying a small spot on your face. Because sometimes some products even though they're made by the same company can irritate your face.

Question:	does this stuff help with arthritis
Answer:	I suppose is depends on if you have osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. For osteoarthritis the salve would be beneficial as it helps stimulate blood flow and repair the worn away cartilage. Cartilage doesn't have a blood supply system built into it and relies on blood vessels for the tissue to live. If you have rheumatoid arthritis then an anti inflammatory diet (turmeric, mint, no wheat) would give the most benefits because this type of arthritis is an auto immune disorder and attacks tissue causing inflammation of the joints. Answer:	Not sure but it seemed to heal my cuts and bruises faster. My sister uses it and said it helped with hyperpigmentation from old acne. I don't know about acne scars however. Probably not.
Question:	I received and it is solid wax and can not apply. is that normal? i would really like to try but had to return
Answer:	Yes, it should be solid as it is a base of natural bee's wax. Once you dip in and rub out begin to smear where you want it as it will soften just like coconut oil. It too comes solid but should quickly melt into skin.
Question:	Anyone have suggestions for what to use on two things? 1 is when little fingers get pinched in doors... 2 is for my knee following meniscus surgery
Answer:	Rub it on your knee daily and you are going to be amazed at how quickly it heals and handles the pain. I twisted my hip out of joint 1 1/2" and after going to physical therapy for weeks to use the tens machine and manipulate it, I was still waking up in the middle of the night screaming in pain with the spasms. My daughter suggested I get this ointment, and by that time I was ready to try just about anything as the meds the docs gave me only knocked me out or made me sick, so I bought it. Within days, literally 3 days, no more waking up in agony and I could actually sit for longer periods of time without trying to shift to get away from the pain. Within a week, most of the pain was gone and within 2 weeks, I am pretty much pain free. I use the back of my finger nail to scrape the hard ointment of the the tub and warm it in my hands, then it smooths on easily over my back and hips and I massage it in. I was doing that morning and night but now only need to do it after my shower in the morning. It has barely any smell at all and I don't refrigerate it - the fridge is way down the other end of our house and I want it in the bathroom handy to use. I wish I had known about this when I first got hurt. I will always keep a tub in the cabinet now. It is amazing. If we give the body what it needs, it responds favorably.

Question:	How long do you have to apply until you see results? I am trying to het rid of my acne blemishes
Answer:	The bottle says certified organic but no symbol for USDA that I can see.
Question:	Is this oil sufficiently moisturizing so that applying lotion isn't necessary
Answer:	I would like to know that as well. The company needs to start sealing the bottles for safety reasons. You probably should refer this question to the company.
Question:	Can I use it for face
Answer:	Benzaldehyde is a fragrant ingredient (it's part of the aldehyde family used in many perfumes). It can be synthetic or organic, but chemically they are exact same thing. I think it's included here for fragrance purposes, as it smells like almonds. Benzaldehyde can cause contact dermatitis, so if your skin is sensitive, you may want to avoid this product.
