I just got my machine last week and and the portafilter fits pretty tight, it will loosen over time, but for now when putting it in or removing it I hold the machine at the top and side to steady it and use a little force to get it in tight. The handle should be centered or as close to center as you can get. Mine is so new its a little to the left of center.I hope this helps, if not please let me know. |
