Answer:	Maybe not as quickly as others but it relieves so well and protects so well that an extra 30 seconds or so if rubbing it i. Is very much worth it to me. I use to crack and bleed in the winter. I use this once a day and have bo cracks, no burning and no itching anymore. ( I use the yummy smelling ones throughout the day. Those used to irritate me.)

Answer:	I personally only see a very slight difference in the moisturizing cream and the lotion with the thickness. That's why I like this product because they are both very thick. I like that.

Answer:	I have used this product 7-24 for 10 years. It is not greasy or oily. I would describe it as slightly waxy feeling with a silky residue when dry on the skin. The good thing for me (man) is that it protects my skin without appearing as if I have on a lotion or cream. It is lubricating and protective but not visible to others.
Question:	Is the lid with the pump universal so all I have to do is switch it out with a plain lid on a new container
Answer:	Yes, As long is the weight listed on the container is the same. We bought 19 ounce units from Costco, and that pump would work on the 16 ounce size, except the stem is too long and would need to be cut.
Question:	Does this work as a facial moisturizer? I would be using it while on accutane if that helps

Answer:	It’s a chemical exfoliant. I wouldn’t use it on a four year old without consulting a pediatrician...especially if the child is prone to skin irritation.

Answer:	I would use it with caution for a toddler. I do use in on my 9 year old granddaughter. She has pumps on her arms.
Question:	What's the salicylic acid strength in this lotion
Answer:	It says not to. I use it sometimes. But not everyday. I use the amlactin body lotion 12% on my face after retna-a at night, then I use the amlactin body lotion on the face in the morning then I put on sunscreen. My dermatologist recommended the 12% amlactin body lotion for my face on top of retna a years ago. The ultra smooth is 15%. You MUST wear sunscreen with it during the daytime. Will make your skin sensitive to the sun. Your face may not tolerate the ultra smooth 15% everyday. I love this stuff too.

What urea percentage does this contain

Answer:

I looked at the ingredients in the product. It never gives a certain percentage of the urea. It is however the 11th ingredient listed. I am not sure how this would translate into a percentage. I am a diabetic for 41 years now and this is the best lotion I have ever used for moisturizing my "legs" before I put my prosthetic legs on for the day. I am a double below-the-knee amputee. Have been for 14 years now. This lotion does not cause any clogging of pores or make any wounds worse. Hope this helps!
