| Answer: | Curcumin has excellent anti-inflammatory effect in the body. Tendonitis may or may not respond to it but I would not expect quick change. Tendons take a long time to heal even when the cause of the inflammation is gone such as a repetitive motion. I had tendonitis in both elbows from my job and it took a year to resolve without curcumin at the time. Even if you do not see discernable improvement, curcumin is worth taking anyway. This particular product is high quality. I chose it after thorough research. Interestingly, research shows just taking a moderate amount is more effective than a large dose so 500mg should be enough. Hope your pain is soon improved. |

We've been using Dr Bronner products for over 25 years and have never had a problem with plumbing or septic tank. With Dr Bronner's, even the soap wrapper is made with 100% recycled paper and the ink is water based. With all their effort to be earth-friendly, I can't imagine otherwise. |

| Answer: | Yes, this can be used on any part of your body - hair, skin, etc. as well as internally. Neem is has anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties so it is excellent for any area that needs some extra attention. For example: I used it on some toe nail fungus, a cut with a kitchen knife, a minor burn on my finger, etc. It is better than bacitracin or neosporin for anything you would normally use that product for. It does have a very pungent and distinctive smell, so before you use it all over your head you may want to try a sample size to see if it is something you can tolerate. If neem is too strong and you still need something for your hair/scalp - I highly recommend coconut oil or avocado oil instead. |
