Question:	Does the cream have an offensive odor
Answer:	I'm not a sensitive fragrance person and can tolerate a lot, but this has such a strong odor I could not make it to a second application. The fragrance is so overwhelming it smelled like Lestoil house cleaner. I heard great things about Weleda and had high hopes for this skin cream and was disappointed. There are lots of organic products on the market with great fragrances (such as the divine 16J Organics product line), but this Skin Food is not one of them.
Question:	How does this compare to embryolisse lait cream
Answer:	the skin food is much thicker and more emollient. the lait cream dries semi-matte for my skin, but skin food will leave an oil-based sheen. I use skin food at night and lait cream for day and it works out well.

Answer:	Lanolin is always "animal based" because it is the oil from sheep's wool.

Answer:	My Weleda Arnica massage oil smell of camphor, pine and a hint of mint. It is not something I would want to smell on my face.

Beeswax

Hydrolyzed Beeswax is a form of beeswax derived through hydrolysis - the process of turning something into water. It possesses the same skin caring abilities and helps give a formula concistency.

Plum Seed Oil

The yellow, light oil improves the barrier function of the skin and is therefore ideal for sensitive and dry skin. It has a marzipan-like aroma and it is absorbed easily by the skin, leaving it soft and silky. It comprises of a high content of unsaturated fatty oils, similar to the Sweet Almond Oil.

Answer:	I'm not sure if it's soap free but definitely moisturizing. I have very dry and sensitive skin and I used to use only Dove for Sensitive Skin. I started using Weleda 4 years ago to clean my face at night and I love it! It is a milk based product and doesn't leave my skin feeing dry. I would definitely recommend trying it.

Answer:	My Weleda was in an individual box but did not have a seal on the tube. It did not appear to have been squeezed before (you can usually tell if it had). Love this product line
