Answer:	Probably because you can’t find it anywhere in store. I’ve also been searching for this product and it’s not in any stores I’ve seen. It’s no different than older Bath and Body Works Fragrances that people sell on eBay- they aren’t around anymore so the seller can jack up the price. The fragrance is only coconut and is light, beachy and pleasant. Not a strong smell. I like this oil very much... It is my primary moisturizer . (I am careful when spraying it over a hard floor to stand on a towel or spray the oil into my hands and rub it on... Otherwise the floor gets very slick) Hope this helps !
