How do I use it?

Use the Parissa Wax Warmer with the Parissa Warm Wax or Parissa Hot Wax products. Easy to use, simply plug-in and turn on. Spin the wheel/switch to ON and the red light will come on. Do not leave the wax unattended while warming. Warming will take 10-30 minutes depending on the wax you are using and the temperature where you are. All Parissa Salon Waxes: Previously shaved hair is stubbly and resistant. Wait for 2 weeks hair growth (½ cm or ¼”) before waxing. Do not bathe, wash or clean skin before waxing. The skin’s natural oils provide a buffer between wax and skin. Sparingly applying light talc powder is also an option. Remove any wax left on skin with the Azulene aftercare oil included in the kit.

Parissa Organic Wax: Warm the wax gently to achieve a liquid honey consistency. Apply a paper thin layer of wax, in the direction of hair growth. The thinner the better. Press on a fabric strip, zip away in the opposite direction of hair growth. Speed is key for the best results. Always remove strips quickly and in one motion. Never pull straight up, pull backwards and stay close and in parallel to the skin. Keep the skin taut while removing the strip, this avoids movement of the skin and helps reduce discomfort.

Answer:	I have bought multiple High Sierra backpacks. We have 4 kids with A and B day schdules and we keep seperate backpacks for each day. They like any backpack give out after normal daily wear and tear of carrying heavy books, constant use to get pens/pencils etc. They held up for three years before we needed to use the warranty. We contacted the manufacturer directly and were sent replacement backpacks with minimal difficulty. I had to take pictures of the damage, find my old amazon reciept and then show that I had destroyed the backpack to get a replacement.
