I do not believe this product is specifically marketed as being 'all' natural but that doesn't necessarily mean that it isn't; and I don't see anything in the ingredients that particularly alarms me (please note I am NOT skilled at knowing whether an ingredient is/is not 'natural'; I just skim labels try to avoid things I am allergic to). At least some of the listed ingredients do appear on further inspection to be 'plant-derived' ingredients: shea butter (in the wax strips), and orange peel oil, atlas cedarwood oil, plus rose geranium oil (these in the wipes). I don't think we're supposed to share links here, but if you are specifically seeking a product marketed as 'natural' (ready wax strips), you could search "natural body wax strips" in a web search engine. I found at least one product which claims the ingredients are over 90% all natural. You may also consider a similar form of hair removal known as 'sugaring'; I believe there are many more products marketed as being all-natural for sugaring than there are for waxing. Some sites even give recipes you could try making at home. Answer:	please use as directed: Place the Bliss Poetic Waxing® cup in a microwave oven and heat in 30-second intervals, until the wax is the consistency of thick honey. A full cup usually takes up to five to six 30-second intervals to melt the wax to the desired consistency. Actual heat times may vary depending on your microwave and the amount of wax in the cup. If wax is too thin, allow to cool and thicken in the microwave before removing. NOTE: To ensure even heating and optimal performance of wax, stir semi-melted wax between each 30-second microwave interval. If the wax gets too cool during waxing, simply re-heat cup for 30-second intervals until ready. If wax is too thin, allow to cool and thicken in the microwave before removing. The cup may be warm to the touch so always remove from the microwave by using the handle. HOT WAX CAN BURN. DO NOT heat cup on the stovetop, in a conventional oven, or any other manner besides as instructed. Before you begin, use a spatula to test the wax temperature on the inside of your wrist. Wax should be spreading consistency but not be uncomfortably hot. Cleanse the area to be waxed with lukewarm water or a damp towel and blot dry. BLISS TIP: When you apply the wax, layers should be as thick as a banana peel (about 1/8”). Make sure to use some pressure when applying the wax, to form firm and full edges for easy peeling. When the wax has dried enough so it is not tacky to the touch, it is time to remove (but don’t wait too long – wax may crack). Press down on the entire patch to ensure a uniform removal, then hold the skin tight, grab an end, and remove the wax in a brisk fashion against the direction of hair growth. 3. For sensitive areas, apply GiGi Numbing Spray 3 to 5 minutes prior to waxing. The eyebrows, upper lip, and bikini areas are the areas it should be used the most often.

4. Clean the skin with GiGi Pre Hon to remove body oil, make-up, dead skin cells, perspiration and bacteria from the skin. Make sure the skin is dry before continuing.

5. Apply a light coat of GiGi Pre Epilation Oil and blot. The oil will act as a buffer between the skin and the wax.

During Waxing

1. Apply the wax as far down as necessary, making sure to end wax in a hair-free area. Follow the direction of hair growth. Working in a small area, as the hair growth pattern indicates, apply the wax with your applicator. Make sure to allow the wax to cover no more than a two-inch area.

2. Pull the strip in the opposite direction, as quickly and as close to the skin as possible.

3. Apply FIRM pressure with your hand immediately after each epilation.

4. Work in small sections only and repeat procedure for each section. Remember that each change in the direction of hair growth requires a separate application.

Post Waxing

1. To remove waxy residue from the skin after waxing, use GiGi Wax Off.

2. Apply GiGi Post Wax Cooling Gel to soothe the area. It contains Aloe Vera and Allantoin, which are naturally soothing and have anti-inflammatory properties. This will help reduce redness and irritation.

Answer:	Yes, you can. When you heat up the wax It will melt and be ready for use, but once your turn the heat off, the wax will harden again. No matter how many times ut heat and them cool, it will be ready and good for use, till the last drop of it.

Heat it make sure it not too hot apply it to the area then put a Muslin strip over it and pull the Fabric strip off the wax and hair will come with it... there are tutorials online ... you can buy hard wax for this warmer as well that does not require you to use the fabric strip

Answer:	I love it. Been using it well over a year. I didn’t read the directions to know you needed to roll it in your hands to get it warm. Whoops! I clean my eyebrows with alcohol only, apply baby powder once they dry so that the wax sticks to your hair and not your skin, apply it SPARINGLY - if you glop it on it won’t pull off - press the strip hard, pull your skin tight, and yank. Awesome every time. I only have to do it once. Much happier than when I was paying $25 to get them done. I only use a cool cloth for about 15 seconds afterwards. The lotion breaks me out.
