Answer:	The manual that comes in the package says that you should not use the light on your face or neck, but you can use it in these areas with care. I have used it on my chin, my cheeks and face along the jawline, and the skin under my chin. Here are a few words of advice.1. DO NOT use the light on the face or neck without eye protection. Very bright light can damage the retina of the eye. You should frankly be wearing light-filtering glasses no matter where you use the light, but you most definitely need it if you are going to use it on the face or neck. I also put one hand over the glasses to block as much light as possible before clicking the zapper with the other hand.2. Since the skin in these areas is much more sensitive than that on the legs, and also since home IPL machines don't have a cooling mechanism attached to the light to reduce discomfort, I recommend using only the lowest setting. The sting I feel with each flash is about the same as with the professional device used in my dermatologist's office.3. I recommend starting in an area where the skin is a little thicker (such as around the jawline) and proceeding slowly toward the most sensitive skin on the front of the neck, so that in case you find it's too uncomfortable to use in this area, you don't hurt yourself too much in the process. So yes, if you are safe about it, then you can use this light on your face and neck. Good luck!

Answer:	No. It does not work on blonde hair. It's also not great on dark, course hair. The best results are on dark fine/medium hair.

Answer:	It didn't work for me, despite consistent usage. I have medium brown skin and black hair so I assumed I was a good candidate. However, after many months, the hairs are still there. I also did salon spa treatments and they did not work. The Nurse Practitioner who applied the treatments even confessed to me that the laser hair removal industry is a scam in her opinion. • Don't remove hair from the root. Plucking hair out by the roots means there won’t be any hair for the laser to target.

How to use?

1. Please have your hair shaved in advance before the treatment!

2. Wear glasses and plug in the device,this is not a rechargeable device.( a red light is blinking)

3. Hold the button for 3 seconds to start/power off ( red+green light blinking and you can hear a fan is working)

4. Click the button to adjust levels. The default is level 1.

5. Put the device vertically on your skin and click the button to flash after all lights turn green.

6. You will see a flash after you click the button correctly ( do not hold the button too long ,just click for flash).

7. Please try from level 1, if there is no discomfort then you can go on!

You can use it per week, and please repeat 1-3 times for each treatment, you have to do it again after you finish all area to allow your skin to calm down.



It is not a instant hair remover like razor or epilator. It requires patience! You will see hair is coming back slower and thiner after 3-4 treatments, we suggest to use it at least 12 treatments during 3 months. Continued monthly treatments, or treatments as required, should keep your skin hair-free.
