Answer:	I have been an aesthetician for over a decade. I have used this product, and two other brands in my salon, this one delivers the most consistent results. Please, please, order the developer and use the developer that was manufactured specifically for this product. Amazon is quick with delivery, you'll have it within a day or two. If you are using this near your eyes you must take care, this is a caustic substance that can cause burns and /or blindness if used incorrectly. I don't agree that this should be sold to anyone who does not hold a license to practice skin care, and I believe should also be certified to perform eyelash and eyebrow tinting, but if you are going to use it at home, please, use it as directed. There is a big risk of having a reaction or seriously harming yourself if this is used improperly. I know people say they use hair developer or OTC peroxide. DON'T DO IT! Your eyes and your vision are precious and it isn't worth the risk. I've been doing this for 14 years and I would not even use a developer from another lash/brow tint brand. HINTS: If you are tinting your lashes yourself, do then one eye at a time, set a stop watch because you may not be able to stand having the tint on your lashes for the full time it needs to develop. Then for the other side process for the same amount of time as the first for consistent results. If you can't keep the dye on for the recommended time, don't try to tint again in the same day, wait at least ten days to two weeks before trying again because your skin will be incredibly sensitive after the tint. For eyebrows: mix enough tint to reapply, it may be needed unless you have tinted before. Apply tint to both eyebrows, then check one eyebrow after five minutes by wiping with a damp facial wipe. If color isn't perfect reapply more tint. Wait another 3 to 5 minutes, check the other eyebrow. Make note of your perfect time and use that as a guide next time. I rarely have to process anyone more than 10 minutes. I wish you the best.
