Answer:	Yes, You can return this product. However, they will charge you $5. Mine stopped working after 2 weeks. I do not recommend this product. I just threw the unit away.

Answer:	yes, that black canister is mostly for looks. The top grey part is what fits on to the can of shaving cream after you remove the plastic press gadget from the original shaving cream can. So I don't even use the black canister I just have the grey part sitting on top of the actual can.

Question:	I dont have good lighting around my vanity, this would be about my only source of light. Will this be bright enough for me to see when applying makeup
Answer:	Just replace the 20W incandescent bulb and you can have it as bright as you want it. It uses a standard E12 candelabra base bulb which is super easy to replace. Go to home depot, get an LED replacement bulb in a "daylight" color range. Remove the two tiny screws on the sides, open the mirror, replace the bulb with a 60W or 75W equivalent bulb (which runs at 10-12 watts) and voila...light galore! Bonus! New LED bulbs will last a decade or more...mirror will be passe before the bulb goes bad. By the time the bulb burns out, robots will be doing your makeup for you.
Question:	How's the lighting itself on this? Yellowish or bright white/cool blue
Answer:	The lighting is more of a "cool blue". It is not to bright, however I put my makeup on with it, and it is never to dark!! I use it for putting my contacts in as well.

Answer:	There are 2 very small Phillips head screw on the magnified side of the rim where it meets the base. Remove both (while it's flat with the magnified side up) and the magnified half slides off, exposing the bulb. The bulb simply unscrews. It's a 30W (max) Type T incandescent bulb. Mine burned out very quickly, so I replaced it with an LED unit. Way brighter and will last 10,000+ hours.

The predecessor KA600 uses a lower capacity NiMH rechargeable pack, smaller solar panel and optional AA batteries. Form factors are the same (almost indistguishable). Read reviews for both models to get a sense of pros/cons of KA600 vs. KA600L. Note that sometime the reviewer will be confused/errant as to which model they describe. Regards,

Answer:	Its a lithium battery so I would expect long life and it will recharge by crank ... but for such important use I would be safe and try 90 days and check the charge left.

Answer:	He's asking if the 18650 lithium battery is replaceable, if so can it be replaced with a more powerful battery instead of the 2000mah that it comes with, also if the positive side of the battery is button top as all regular batteries ( these are batteries that have protective chip in them) or if the positive side is almost if not as flat as the negative side, only a smaller diameter circle than the larger circle on the back end( negative side). Since you answered but with only a "?". We assume you have purchase the this product as you decided to answer but haven't an inkling to what is what on a battery. Well what is what has now been explained above. But if you don't know when you answered, I'll try for the guy asking the question, I enlarged the picture of the back with the battery flap off and it looks like a button top. If you are looking at Sony, Samsung, LG and the rest at just 2500mah you might as well spend a little more and get a 3600mah in the 3.7V they still put out the same power but put it out longer.

I liked the 600L better because I wanted one that I could keep plugged in all the time and grab & go if needed. That video helped me decide on the KA600. It should help you decide what features you want.

Answer:	There is an inner sole. It is an orange, spongy material that is perforated throughout with holes that are spaced about 1/4" apart. That base is covered with a very thin, yellow, plastic mesh. Over time the yellow mesh will detach from the spongy base and will need to be either reattached or removed.

Answer:	There is a blade attachment that is about an inch long, and another that is a between 1/4 and 1/2 inches long. I guess that might be for doing eyebrows? I don't know. I threw that one away.

Answer:	No this one does not pinch and hurt. I love it! But you have to realize it does not pull the hair out.....it only shaves the hair. I really like it because I don't have to put anything on my face to shave. It is fast with no pain. I have even shaved the hair on my face while wearing make-up. I would NOT recommend using lithium 14500 3.6 volt batteries in this unit, this would provide excessive voltage to the device's motor and could potentially damage it.

Question:	is this waterproof? can i use it in the shower? tnx
Answer:	I have a beard so I am just shaving the neck and some on my face it gets it so that it’s pretty close and not visible stubble. But unlike shaving with a razor the 5 o clock shadow is much more noticeable because my beard grows pretty quick. Hope that helps.
Question:	Where can I find replacement razors for this item
Answer:	The official answer is wrong, I don't know where they got that weight from. I just bought the pro; the razor with a blade on it is 105 grams (3.7 oz). The adjustable head adds 18 g (.6 oz). Question:	How do you insert the batteries which way do they go

Question:	Will it cut vaginal hair off completely or just low
Answer:	There are 3 advantages for this PRO model. The motor and battery on this, PRO model is more powerful. Also this PRO model lets you make very precise length adjustments at 0.5 millimeter increments. If any of these features matter to you, I'd say yes, it's worth it. To recap: 1) Motor is 5.4 watts, almost twice as powerful. 2) Lithium Ion battery is more powerful and recharges faster. 3) The comb attachment allows very precise adjustments at 0.5mm increments.
