Answer:	No, if you read the package it indicates " Victorinox Quality Controlled". Also there is a sticker on the packaging itself with what appears to be Chinese characters. That being said these are the best of this style of clipper I've found. Far better than the type of clippers found at drug stores or retail outlets in the pharmacy department. They handle a bit differently but with a bit of readjustment they are wonderful.
