Answer:	Yes they do - if you know how to do it. You need to push down one or two tiny plastic tips at the base of the blade while simultaneously pushing the blade away from the handle. Then you can push in another blade and it will click into place. You don't have to do this, since with Amazon prices a whole disposable razor is cheaper ($2.15) than one blade from cartridge packs ($3.50 each in 2-pack and $2.20 each in 8-pack). But I do that sometimes since I like to use black sensitive blades with a blue handle from regular razors - for reasons of color compatability in my bathroom.
