Answer:	I would not recommend it. I read a lot about what to use for what part of the body and tweezers or chemical hair removers are recommended for chin area. Electric shavers do not shave close enough for the chin area..so you get stubble look for normal hair. I have noticed that this shaver does a great job on legs, but not as close as a razor. Check out Tweezer Man--have a tool specifically for the chin area--works like threading.

Answer:	I'm not positive but I don't think you can. I use a small brush (old toothbrush) and clean it after each use. I also put a drop of oil from my husbands electric razor on the blades every couple weeks. You can kind of tell when it needs oil because I can hear it slowing down (on mine anyway). Not sure if i'm suppose to use oil but so far no problems. Been using it for about 7 months. Actually like it so much I bought another one a couple months ago that I haven't opened yet. Tried three other brands and this is by far the best.

The two batteries are glued and spot welded to make a 2.4V pack (1.2V each). If you are handy you may try and pry the spot weld off and you can replace it with a new rechargeables. YOu will need to be able to make the same configuration. Meaning, most of us don't have battery spot welding equipment, but those of us handy folks can solder tab in place. If Phillips would make it with 18650 replaceable Li-on battery that would be awesome.
