Answer:	There is a spot for two piks, any you choose. It is to the side of the water tank. You have to store the rest separately.

Question:	How loud is the WP-660? I own the WP-65W and it sounds like something you might hear at a construction site
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.
Question:	Can I use this in China? The household voltage 220V in China

The 120 voltage and 60/hertz/frequency rates are not compatible with international currents, even with the use of a converter. Answer:	You can, but you should avoid using any type of essential oils (be careful that your mouthwash does not contain any) as they will ruin the plastic over time and your waterpik won’t last as long. FYI Listerine contains several essential oils (eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salycilate, and thymol) If you do use mouthwash in your waterpik, be sure to run clean water through after each use to avoid this problem regardless...

Question:	Can you add mouthwash to reservoir water
Answer:	you could brush if you want to after 20 mins post treatment, (waiting the 20 minutes after using the gel & light allows the whitening process to continue...). Tooth structure is such that eating foods or drinking liquids that stain such as coffee, tea, red wine will discolor your teeth over time. This would be true of most tooth whitening systems unless there's a sealant component that would help to deter the staining process. I tend to use a high fluoride toothpaste to cut down on sensitivity and to remineralize the teeth. Ask your dentist for a post-whitening recommendation.
Question:	Anyone know if you can attach regular flossing tips
Answer:	They recommend to whiten for 1 week every 6 months. "For a continuously bright smile, whiten for 1 week every 6 months."
Question:	Can you order another toothbrush
Answer:	Ask your orthodontist. The whitener paste probably wouldn’t hurt but the UV on the metal braces or cement might be a problem.
Question:	I really don't see how this is useful for brushing and flossing at the same time, because flossing washes all the toothpaste away. Seems useless
Answer:	No, only the natural teeth will respond to tooth whitening products; crowns are porcelain, the color they originally were created to be is generally the color they will always be. If your crowns have darkened you might want to have your dentist examine them to see if the crowns are worn down or have some other issue.

Question:	How do you clean it
Answer:	Well... I liked the Flosser, until after less than 2 months it stopped working. But Waterpik, after I answered questions, sent me a new one right away. They said they'd send info on cleaning but I don't have it yet. Just got the replacement so will have to suspend judgment a bit, but I did really like it before. By the way, very difficult to replace batteries and with that first one had to do it 3 times in 2 months before it stopped working altogether - probably the on/off switch.

Answer:	Mine doesn't leak, but there is a button on the side that unlocks it so you can get it out. Are you pushing on that button when you are using it? that might be the problem or do you have it push in all the way. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I measured the bench. the long piece is about 29 inches long , when layed flat, there's about a 2 inch space in between the longer and shorter piece which is 17 inches long. from end to end when flat, it's 48 inches long. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Waterpic customer service told me NOT to use this with a converter, that it would burn it out. They made it clear they are not just talking about an adapter plug, but a voltage converter. They recommended the WP 260, which is the "kids" model but looks like it will fit into the same case if you already own the 110v version.

Answer:	So far I love it for traveling. I have been using this one for a year now and no problems. I know that the life of this large Waterpik lasts a long time for me and I use it everyday. Answer:	There is no cover over the water while you are actively using the water pick. However, when not in use, the water reservoir is upside down as a cover. I use a paper towel to dry the inside and everything is covered and remains protected. It is a good unit and I have been very happy with it.

Question:	Can I use rechargeable batteries for this? I put 3 eneloops in it and just didn't work. These batteries work fine in my flashlight and a EW-DJ
Answer:	I have been using this Waterpik since Nov 2017 and I have used the Panasonic Eneloop batteries the entire time. Using the Waterpick 2x per day I will get about 9-10 weeks run time on a charge. I luv the portability of throwing this thing into the travel bad and away I go. Buying one for my grandson who just got braces.

Answer:	Just like the corded model when you start out with a water pik you can’t use the highest setting. You have to work up to it. Just like an electric toothbrush.

Answer:	The bench is very easy to put together. There was no tool for putting it together and you don't need one. You just place the footpad on the bottom of the frame and screw it into place with the provided knob, and then insert the frame pin. It will take less than the 3 minutes to do these.

Question:	Do you have any complaints with this Waterpik
Answer:	MAJOR complaint is tip replacement is limited to the entire handle unit, not just the nozzle. First time I traveled with it the tip broke in transit so I couldn't use it until home and replacement shipped to me. Minor dislike is lack of reservoir cover, and when unit is inside the reservoir the nozzle release button sticks out. Minor dislike isn't enough to be a deal breaker for me, but the tip replacement is something to seriously consider.
